So ratchet, it's a joke
These are so ratchet, it's a joke. The cutouts are too heavy for the spirals so the spirals get so deformed and ugly looking. The cutouts and spirals are better off on their own. I'm planning to use the spirals and cutouts separately, so people may be confused if it's the holidays or someone's birthday. Could be worse, but could be way better.

Hung these from the ceiling in the hall at work to give the office some holiday cheer. Colors are bright. Good quality and should be able to use again next year
