They hang tilted but whatever look you are going for you can put a little 2 sided tape to hang them how you like. I like them tilted personally and if you hang them right you can make a heart out of the steam.

These are lightweight so you don't have to use a huge nail in your wall, and they're very easy to hang. I think the color and quality are nice, perfect size (for what I was looking for), and, I thought they were a decent price
