Really like how easy it is to use the remote to turn off/turn on, brighten, dim, flicker, solid, and how easy it is to set the time it stays on. However, only 7 out of 10 worked out of the box. Will follow up with how it works through the Christmas season.12/13/22 - Excellent customer service. Replacement candles arrived. All working fine. Even better is that I found out that after setting the timer on the candles, 24 hours later, the candles automatically turn on. So I do not have to turn on the candles each day and set the timer. That is super cool and awesome!!!!! Love it!

They are pretty, but when I was getting them ready to use, so far 3 don't work. I'm hoping the rest do because I wanted them for my front windows. I think they should send me a complimentary box. I probably should have waited to write this till I tried them all.

The light of the candles is nice and they are easy to set up. However I was disappointed because I ordered two boxes and there was at least one candle in each box that did not work. Therefore I paid for 20 and got only 18. However, customer service was excellent and replaced the sets. Haven’t received them yet but am told they are on their way. If these work, I will be pleased overall with this item.

This review is for a pack of 6 plastic battery operated candles. We have put similar lights in our windows around Christmas time, but every year or so one breaks so it was time to get some replacements. After extensive looking, thought these would work well. I was sadly mistaken.These should be simple, pop in two batteries, and it should come on. This is where the problems started. The bottom is not screw off, it turns about a quarter of a turn and then pulls off. The hole to put the batteries in is too small. You have to wiggle them around to get them into the candle, doesn't take too much to realize that getting them out is going to be hard or impossible. Once I put the first set in, and realized nothing happened, I saw a little "+" on the bottom of the candle. I think every flashlight and candle I have ever owned, the plus side goes in first, these the negative goes in first. I found that if you swing the candle and hit it against the side of a soft chair the battery will fly out. Took a few tries, but did get them out, turned them around and put them in correctly. Bottom off and on a few times, twisting this way and that and it came on! Second was slightly easier, I knew how the bottom came off and batteries went in. Still took a few pulling off the bottom putting it back on, twisting it this way and that, and I got it to work! The next two I couldn't get to light up. I spent about 45 minutes on the darn things, gave up without even trying the last two. It should not take more than 2-3 minutes per candle to get up and running, 45 minutes, with only a 50% success rate. When I have another hour to blow, I will try to get the last two I have not tried running, and maybe try again those two I could not get on to go, but feel this is pretty ridiculous.To be fair, the two I did get to work are nice. The bulbs are candle shaped, and they seem to be in "flame" mode now, where they get brighter and dimmer, supposed to look like a candle flame. There is a remote, which I tried (thought maybe the on and off might get the ones I could not get to work), so I think you can change it to a solid light, there is a timer and you can make them dimmer. Honestly, I am probably not going to even try any of those, they are up, they are lit, they are only LED's so should last through Christmas. Afraid if I try to make any adjustments or do anything, they will stop working.I do not recommend these.

I like the lights for they flicker well but I wish they were a little brighter but they still show well. I love the remote control which makes them easy to turn on & off. I couldn’t figure out if they had a timer on them.

Ordered these just off season from Christmas. Got them quickly but will not set up until next fall. Will review then. Otherwise they look good, got them fast and seem very good quality. Can’t wait to use!

The remote control, timer, and flicker are great features. The base is sturdy. We’ve set the lights to go on at a set time and off 6 hours later — very convenient. However, the actual “bulbs” are very tiny and don’t give off much light. I bought these as window decorations for the holidays but they are barely visible from outside. That’s very disappointing.
