The media could not be loaded.  Arrived as described. Easy to assemble the legs. Very beautiful and makes my bedroom very toasty and cozy. I read other reviews about the remote not working so I decided to use my own fresh pack of batteries instead of the ones that came with it and the remote works perfectly.

It was easy to put legs on and set up. Love the real looking flames and 3 side views. It does maintain the temp set point. Yes I would buy it again.

Bought this electric fireplace for my office. It works great keeping my room warm. The door opens like a real wood stove and the flames and logs look pretty realistic as far as electric fireplaces go. It’s a nice size and the remote is easy to use. All in all it’s a nice purchase and does all that it should. I would recommend.

The only thing that would make this heater better would be crackling sounds. I play some on my phone if I am wanting to just sit and enjoy the heat and “fire.” It heats up my downstairs in my open floor plan really quickly. I discovered I can’t use some outlets in the kitchen at the same time or it trips the breaker. Worth it. This heater makes it feel cozy and warm and is mesmerizing to watch. Love it

Cute little fireplace does the job. Cozy effect. Lightweight. Virtually no assembly & remote works. Would recommend!

I love this! It looks so real and it puts out a good amount of heat also. I have only had it one week, but so far it's great!

The media could not be loaded.  I love that the unit allows my to set the temperature and I can have flames without heat. I can change the look of the flames and this unit has the heater at the top instead of the bottom and I feel it heats the space faster. This unit replaces a older version by a different company that lasted 15 years. I hope the same is true of this unit. I also purchased a little sound machine that emulates the sound of a crackling fireplace. Makes the experience more realistic. ( didn't have the machine when this video was taken)

Puts out some heat! I have a beautiful kitchen breakfast area with floor to ceiling windows but my builder did not put in enough heat registers to heat the area when it gets very cold. This heater heats the space up great. I've had it for a year with no problems.
