Why buy the Samsung remote when this one does the same?
This is an amazing replacement if you’ve lost your Samsung remote. It’s a near identical match and works just as well. My husband thought I bought an actual remote from Samsung rather than this generic one.

How to get a refund or a new one
Remote control does not function, button do not work if you don't press them all the way down, it feels like I'm going to beak it if I press buttons any harder. So 😡

Was great until stop working ...
The remote was working great, easy to set up and sync with my Samsung TV but after couple of months it just stopped working. I tried everything, replaced batteries, reset and pair again but nothing is working. I'm not asking to get the money back but I will like a replacement.
