Free of preservatives.Storage instructions:Keep in a cool and shady place.Recipe for Moussaka:Saute 3 chopped onions for 2 minutes. Add 500g minced meat, 1 cup white wine and saute for 5 minutes. Add 2 cups of water, 3 diced tomatoes, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 1 grated carrot, 1 tablespoon of the Mix for Moussaka, and cook for 45 minutes.Brush the base of an oven dish with olive oil and arrange 1 layer fried potatoes, 1 layer of minced meat mix, 1 layer of fried aubergines, again 1 layer of minced meat and finish off with 1 layer of bechamel sauce.
