Grew this stuff in one of those plastic 2-piece grid containers (they resemble a strainer) without having to pack soil or dirt into a pot. All the seeds germinated perfectly. 4-4-2025.Cat's do love a salad..

The seeds sprouted within 3 days and by day 7 the container was lush. My cat made quick work of topping the grass so I've started a larger pot. I also have some small trays in my window sills that are taking longer but this grass is a win.

I ordered this during our coldest stretch of the winter, in which several days in a row were below zero, and I didn't realize it had arrived until about 10 p.m., so it had endured many hours of freezing weather. I was concerned that this might kill the seeds, but it didn't - they grew quite well and are producing very robust cat grass, which my cat adores.
