This cpu cooler is quiet for the low price only producing a very low hum that you probably wouldnt even hear when you are playing games or watching videos, It is annoying to install on AMD motherboards as once you clip one side the other side goes completley stiff, i have noticed this with other cheap cpu coolers similar to this the only way to put it in is a bit of elbow grease and the hope that you wont smash whatever you are pushing it down with into your motherboard. The RGB is bright and not changable, it has 5 colors, green,white,purple,red and blue the colors meld together as they meet each other. If you are buying this for your Intel system you are in luck as it comes with a plastic bracket which seems pretty sturdy. All together this was a solid replacement for my broken ryzen fan but the RGB can be annoying at times and the installation is a headache.

Its honestly a good CPU cooler for the price, Although its not the right choice as mostly my cpu sits at 80°C while gaming which is not ideal but that's just during gaming, and during standby its around 50°C which is fine to be honest.There is one Con that i want to address tho, The thermal paste was very dry and it was unusable, i had to separately order a pack.Everything else is fine and works great! It doesn't have a loud noise but its usableGreat Purchase!

With the AMD chip running idle, this unit couldn't keep up at all. Tried 3 version of paste and this thing failed every time, PC kept shutting down. The fan speed is minimal even with bios settings on high and setting minimal speed to 600 to keep it running high. It's very quiet but it doesn't cool at all, Fins extremely hot that you can burn yourself on them if you touch them. Idle temp over 75 degrees C plus and into the dreaded 100+ C ... you can burn your fingers on the metal fins. This fan does nothing to keep the CPU cool, the actual footprint on this cooler was less than half of the surface of the CPU so minimal surface contact. Save your money and get something better. I ended up with the Pccooler GI-D66A CPU Cooler Moonlight Series | Dual Silent CPU PWM Fan 120mm that I bought on Amazon .. read my review – that thing kept the CPU at 30 degrees C at 90% of the time with minimal movement to max 40 degrees C while running a game (SIMS4) in this case all set to max settings. Very impressed by the PCCOOLER !!
