Great Price and Great Moves
We got a great price on this when marked down, but even without that price, this is a super program, and they give you a lot for the money. My wife is athletic but needed a new routine. She does stair stepping and likes spinning; however, especially during the winter months, if she goes to spinning class, the germs are spread easily as sick people will work out and spread the love in the enclosed class with fans blowing to incubate the place. So, we try to work out at home.I do Body Beast and Supreme 90. She's done both, but needed something new. I'm in my early 60's; she, in 50's. We try to stay in shape, eat well and live well. I bought this one on a lightening sale. At first, when she did the first recommended routine, she was disappointed. "Too easy." "Rats," I thought. "We'll have to give it away." But we sat down and went through the different cd's. There are 10 plus a stretch one. The routines are great and varied. And challenging. The instructor offers lighter and harder people to follow behind her.She lays out a 90 day program. I like 90 day 'Here's what you're going to do' organization. My wife likes to go with what she feels for that day. There's a lot here: ABS, Lower Body Circuit or Toning, Sport Yoga Lower and Upper Body (whew! that's hard work.) , Total Body Circuit and Toning and Upper Body Circuit and Toning. The program pushes you and with cardio. I like seeing moves and variations I haven't seen before. It makes me sore in places I wasn't expecting- but not bad.She has a calendar for the 90 days, and nutrition guide with really good recipes. The workouts average about 30 minutes, some longer, some shorter. I could follow along with the routines- not being the best at gym kind of classes where the instructor moves too fast, and I'm usually going the wrong way. She's pleasant and energetic. And, I don't mind the "Baby's" she likes to say.You need some light dumbbells. Really light for the sport yoga- 1 or 2 pounds if that. Maybe a mat. Towel. Water. Exercise ball. Workout 6 days a week, stretch cd on off day. I'm really getting hooked on that Sport's Yoga. Good stuff. Get in shape; take your time but be consistent and have fun!

Loving this Program
I am currently a little over half way through my 90 day program. I will preface with saying I really enjoy work out dvd's. I own several though have sort of stuck to Jillian Micheals, Bob Harper, and those from the Biggest Looser. I wanted something that was a program that would mix it up and thought of a 90 day program. This one had some good review and the price was good, so I thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did! I really love the different variations of the exercises and that its not the same work out every day but you jump around. Yes some of the same moves (like burpees, punches, mountain climbers) appear in a couple of the work outs, its still a nice variety.I like how she shows you different levels. You definitely need dumbbells for this, but has optional moves for an exercise ball and resistance band. She shows you work around if you don't have them. I started without the 2 additional items but recently got the balance ball. I am seeing a difference in the moves already and looking at getting a resistance band next. I think bringing them in at about the half way point is working out well.I really like Monique as well. She is nice with a positive energy that keeps you going. She does say the word baby a lot, but it doesn't bother me in the context like I think it does others. I like how she works out along side you for most of the time as well. I also love how she incorporates the 30 second water break between the circuits. Something not a lot of workout programs do, and something I think they should.Yes the production isn't like some big fancy Hollywood thing, but I think its fine; especially for a workout dvd. I am not watching the screen the entire time anyways. I also really like their are lots of options on how to watch it. Voice and music, voice only, cues only, etc. Finally I want to say I have seen results. Getting stronger and more toned muscles. I have lost over 20 pounds, though that is a combination of this, healthy eating, and some additional cardio. I do like a little more cardio in my workout so I tend to do her workout for about the 30-35 minutes, then do another 30 minutes on the treadmill. Don't get me wrong though, she has some nice cardio intervals and I do sweat plenty. I just became interested in building my running skills on top of this as well.Overall highly recommend this dvd for any level of fitness!

Very good indeed
As a keen exerciser, I purchased this dvd without knowing what to expect and keen to get several workouts to switch between. I’ve used the set for about a month now and have really enjoyed every workout. The dvd consists of HIIT-based, toning and yoga-centred routines. For me, as someone who appreciates the point of HIIT but dislikes the pace, the circuits deliver the perfect mix of exercises that raises my heart rate enough to know I’m working hard, but are nicely intercepted with slower moves to not wipe me out completely. I also like the nice combination of plyometric, weighted and resistance exercises. Some of the workouts are whole-body ones and other ones focus on upper or lower body. The workouts range between 25 to 37 mins and there is a bonus stretch dvd. All moves are shown in 3 difficulty levels and easily modifiable to the user’s own level of fitness. I like that the trainer keeps reminding you to listen to your body when performing the moves. None of the routines require lots of space and some dumbbells and other equipment required but the exercises could be performed without those too.Overall this set of dvds should suit most people and I find the workouts kinder to my knees and joints compared to other HIIT dvds. A great mix of routines to keep boredom as bay and let you get fitter at your own pace. I’d say anything above 3 withouts a week should deliver quick and obvious results in better fitness and body tone in a short amount of time.

Good System
I like this program very much. I have done most of Jillian Michael's DVD's and Beach Body 21 Day Fix Extreme and with the Circuit Burnout 90, I didn't think the workouts were very hard or at all effective but now that I'm into week 3, my body is feeling it. They aren't as intense but you get a great workout which is what I like. I no longer dread leg day with Autumn!

Great workouts but instructor says "baby" all the time
The workouts are great but the instructor keeps on saying "baby" all the time and that ruins it a little bit. I know you can turn her voice off and only have the set notification sound but you miss a lot of information from the instructor then. I would have rated it 5 if the "baby talk" had not been used so much.Overall I recommend this DVD set that has great value and fun factor. Best of luck "baby" :-)
