This is a well-made product. I tied it into my house propane system to run a stand-by generator and it wouldn’t work. It took me a while to figure out the problem. My house propane regulator already reduced the gas pressure to 14 inches of water. That was not enough pressure to effectively pass through the regulator on the hose. Not the hose’s fault! I replaced the hose regulator with a different fitting and it works perfectly. The hose worked well to run a generator when connected to a standard 20 pound (five gallon) BBQ tank.

There were 2 issues I have with this purchase. First, the connector was not the size that was advertised. It did not fit a standard grill. Second, the hose was way too cheaply made for use with propane. It may last a year but after that I would replace it. I am getting a little tired of the cheap Chinese crap being sold on Amazon. I have purchased a few items from China that were actually pretty good. But for the most part they are junk.

If your grill isn't burnint quite as hot as it used to try replacing the regulator. You'll be slinging burgers and burning dogs in no time.The connections and length were as described.

Using this extension hose allows me to move my grill to the far end of an 8ft picnic table, without having to drag the 20lb propane tank along. That means, less smoke or fire threat to my RV.The regulator seems to also control pressure more accurately than the cheap on that came with my propane grill.

This was a perfect replacement for our patio heater. The original straight hose would kink if you closed the door on the unit. The 90 degree fitting fixed the issue and it works well.
