Exactly what I needed
I was looking for (and tried to find a few here on amazon) a thunderbolt dock that I could use to plug in all of my peripherals and monitor into my laptop for an all-in one solution for both my gaming laptop and work laptop. This is perfect and combined with a small usb hub I Command Stripped to the top (as I needed about 5 usb devices plugged in), it works correctly with windows 11 to correctly use all usb devices and also output from the hdmi port at 4k 60hzThe main issue with other hubs was that they either don't support 4k at 60hz (only 30hz) or they use DisplayLink technology which basically means very slow and you lose alot of performance when gaming. This uses usb-c alt mode which works with usb-c 3 and thunderbolt to get direct display access and better performance (check your device has displayport 1.2 or 1.4)Also for the love of god check that your monitor hdmi inputs are set to "hdmi 2", "hdmi 3" or "enhanced" mode to get the full 4k 60hz. My monitor has all hdmi inputs set to hdmi 1.0 so was stuck at 30hz before changing the setting. You will obviously need a hdmi 2.0 cable tooThe instructions that came with this dock says not recommended for gaming however I have had no latency or frame issues using this to play games (notably Elden Ring at 1440p 60hz at a solid 60fps )It also feels very good quality and well built, plenty of ports and decent size.I am using with windows 11 using only one cable (my own thunderbolt 4) plugged into the first usb-c input and that is working to display 4k 60hz (out of the second hdmi slot) and all usb features. I'm guessing the first usb-c slot handles hdmi 2 and all other usb functions, then the second usb-c is for hdmi slot 1. Not 100% sure but I've got everything I need working with one usb-c so I am happyAlso power delivery works fine with my work laptop to charge at the same time. Gaming laptop obviously needs its own power lead to give gpu enough juice. All in all, very happy and would highly recommend 10/10

Great, until it wasn't
This is a sturdy docking station, and feels well put together. The ports it offers are wide ranging and it is good value for money given the features it has. I used it on an M1 Max MacBook Pro with two 4K monitors running from the two HDMI ports on the docking station. The reason I've marked it down is that one of the HDMI ports stopped working after 6 months. I tried different cables, and swapped over my two monitors to make sure the fault was with the HDMI port on the docking station and not the cable or monitor, and this confirmed the docking station has the fault. I accept I'm unlucky to have a faulty product and that other users may not be so unfortunate, but as I must have dual monitor support I now need to get another docking station. For me, the item that seemed like good value for money at the time turned out not to be such a good buy as it is effectively now useless. The returns window is closed, and although I believe I have a statutory one year warranty I have no idea whom to contact to get this warranty fulfilled.

both cases need to be connected for dual display on a Mac
Works fine, nice and tidy but a bit pricey!

Not working after 7 months
My hub has stopped working after 7 months of purchase. It had some intermittent issues with some of the ports leading up to this and unplugging and replugging would resolve the issue but that is far from satisfactory. Now, the ports have totally given up and I have to look into warranty, etc. Not good!!!Update: The dealer provided a full refund under warranty so good customer service in the end.

Seamless so far, quality design
Works on both windows 11 laptop and MacBook Pro as well. Very nice design and weight, stays neat and stable on the desk, does exactly what it says.Good buy for the price.

Power lower than expected
Looks great, well built and sturdy, plenty of ports. The power supplied is reported by my MacBook Pro as 60W as opposed to the advertised 87W.When connecting my mouse to charge via the USB-C, the power to the laptop actually fell to 53W.When doing any serious work, the laptop battery struggles to charge.

Terrible docking station
I’ve had this product for 7 months and it has stopped working. It is charging the laptop, but all of the other ports do not work. I’ve had intermittent problems with the hdmi ports for a while, but now the USB ports don’t work. Also, the cables are difficult to get in and do not seem to go in as far as you might expect. For the money, it is a horrible product.
