This has a really nice selection of tools. I bought it to work out my hand and wrist after carpal tunnel surgery, and it had a nice range of easy options for when I was just released. A lot of other tools I looked at required way more strength than I had just after surgery, and this was perfect.

I ordered,this kit to do physical therapy on my hand. They are even better than I expected, the oval grip "balls" are far more ergonomic than the typical round ones, so I use all my fingers instead of just the central two and my thumb. And everything is clearly marked as to strength / resistance level so there is no guessing or having to remember what the colors mean.

My physical therapist approvednof this kit. She told.me the rings were too tough for post op but hreat kit!!

All the materials are high quality which is amazing given how much you get for the price.There’s a manual that tells you the resistance for each color and the resistance is labeled on the grip ring, the finger exercisers, and the putty. Some people mentioned there’s no indicators for the resistance, but maybe they’ve updated it since then.The manual also included exercises you can do with each device. There’s pictures for each exercises, no specific instructions on proper form for doing any of them, but I can figure out what’s the proper form based on how the picture looks and how it feels doing the exercise.All in all, SO happy with this product and excited to use it more and more and treat my wrist and hand problems.Word of advice: do an exercise until it starts to hurt and then STOP. If it becomes painful take a break.
