This is battery operated. This does not have the mechanics for a plug

Q: Is the angel supposed to make loud intermittent noise while on? The loud noise is very annoying

My Angels do not make a noise. I do have another brand, however, that does make a noise.

Q: Does this have snow in it that moves like a snow globe?

It’s more like glitter. Also, there is a fan on the bottom that causes the glitter to continuously swirl around. Better than a snow globe that must be manually shaken.

Q: Mine lights up but doesn't stay on when I push the disk shaped thing, with and without batteries - kind of weird! Anyone else have this problem?

The 1 I got works perfect!! If that's the problem your having it's a bad 3 way slide switch.. mayb they can replace with new one? Good luck.
