I have purchased two rugs before and donated them when I came across this one. Other reviews with pictures helped me decide. Everyone was right, this rug is simple yet versatile and was exactly what I was looking for. My light is very low, almost non existent so the colors may not be as accurate. Some pictures were with and without flash as well. I have the ivory rug, with grey accent in the 9 x 12 size. Size is accurate and it is soft and plush but not so much that I can not vacuum it. The grey is true grey, nice steel grey not silver. I can see where it would compliment other colors such as taupe or green because it can lean that way in some light. All my accessories are beige, dark mahogany/espresso and white as well as grey so this was perfect. The lines on the rug measure approximately 1.5" wide. These pics are of the rug literally unrolled. Not stepped on or fluffed up. The ivory threads appear to have a taupe/light tan woven in it, bringing the overall appearance to a nice cream/ivory color. You can't see those threads unless you pull them open. I like them, it makes the rug look nice and neutral instead of stark white like the stock photo has you believing. Again, my lighting is low so I posted a pic with a cream color candle as well as a white decor item to show you. For me, with dark furniture and dark floors, this helped brighten and open the space perfectly. I also already had a rug pad so I placed this on top to protect my floors giving it the plush soft feel under our feet. Also, my rug did not have an odor like others mentioned. It came wrapped in heavy plastic with what appeared to be shower caps on each end protecting the ends from the dirt and debris. Packaged extremely well.

I can't speak highly enough of this rug. It is so thick and plush, and absolutely beautiful! We have an increasingly mobile baby and needed something soft and cushy for him to play on that didn't involve laying a blanket down on our wood floors during playtime. After searching every store imaginable, we took the plunge and ordered this one - even through I was so nervous ordering a rug I'd never seen in person. But I couldn't be happier with this rug! We have the 9x12 for reference.

Okay guys.. To be completely honest, I don’t even know what I was expecting to get with this rug! I have never owned a rug myself, and all the rugs I have ever seen/felt in my entire 21 years of life were thin and hard and NOT comfortable what so ever.. I thought that’s just how all rugs were.I had NO IDEA that rugs this nice existed!!I know all the reviews are really good and it’s expensive, but I just thought people had low expectations and that all rugs were expensive!The only reason I bought this rug was for the design and it was a plus that the reviews were good, but I never imagined that rugs this soft and fluffy and THICK existed!!We have All hardwood floors in our apartment that we just moved into 2 days ago, so we don’t have any chairs or couches yet, just our bed. (That information will come of use later!) We had our rug shipped to our friend when it was on sale, and since we moved by car over 800 miles and didn’t have the room to pack it, that was the easiest way to go.. so we got our rug from our friend yesterday and we unrolled it and put it in place. At first glance it looked like what I was expecting, a super cheap thin rug that was way overpriced... but that’s just because it was matted down from being rolled up so long (we literally had this rug shipped to our friend like 5 months ago) and being out in a storage unit in the freezing cold winters of Idaho..So I walked on it and lifted all the shag material up by dragging my feet and you wouldn’t believe what happened!!!I WALKED ON A CLOUD!!!literally that’s what this rug feels like once you fluff it up properly!! It is so soft and thick and beautiful!!(This is where the no furniture information comes in play) so we finally have something soft to sit on before our couches come tomorrow!! It beats the cold hardwood and it is so nice to feel something so soft under our feet!! So we have been just sitting on the rug in our living room soaking in the great cloud like fluffiness that actually does exist after all!! And I bet you that we probably will sit on our rug even after we get all or furniture..It’s THAT nice..Soooo, if you need a nice rug, BUY THIS ONE!! You won’t regret it, I pinky promise you!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This rug is wonderful. It is ultra plush with thick and shiny fibers. When you first unroll it you have to fluff it up but I enjoyed combing my hands through it to do so. My dogs think it's the greatest to roll around on!

I LOVE this rug. The color is perfect and the fuzziness is amazing for kid. The reason I give it two stars is because I’ve had this rug for less than 3 weeks and it has little pieces coming out on the daily. We barely use this room the rug is in so it’s not being used in a rough manner at all yet everyday I find a couple of pieces (about 10 daily give or take) of the the rug come out. I have yet to even vacuum this rug and honestly I’m scared to because of how much is already falling out.Ok 2 month update: the shedding is still an issue on the daily. Customer service still has yet to reach out to me on this issue and the didn’t hold up nicely to the vacuum. I wouldn’t buy this rug again. I over paid for this junky rug. Seriously do not buy it !Replacement update: amazon sent me another rug to replace this do to shedding. The new rug is THINNER, different backing , and 9’4” long not 9’. This rug is 100% junk and I wouldn’t recommend it think Walmart quality or less. Seriously a cheap cheap cheap rug quality. Trying to get one replaced that was of the quality of my first rug without the shedding of course.

Fab rug- you take a chance on the colour as you can never be too sure online but the photos looked very true to the real thing and it's super thick - has finished our front room off looks great.

Nice rug. As described. The shag is plush enough that you dont see through it and feels nice under your feet. Colour is a nice strong standard navy blue that matches other navy items in the room. One or two teeny tiny stitch imperfections on the back side but nothing bad that would affect the appearance or wear of the rug. We recently purchased a grey couch and had to blend it with two existing ivory chairs. This rug definitely unifies the look of our living room. Hubby wasn't keen of the X look when I showed him the rug on-line, but really likes it in person and it adds interest to the room. It's a quality rug for the price and a much better deal than one we tried from our local big box hardware store. Shipping was quick too. I have nothing negative to say about this rug. Very happy I decided to purchase this!

Ein toller Teppich, weich und stylisch. Er fusselt nicht und sieht einfach gut aus. Würde ihn also auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
