It actually works!
Like a lot of other people who research their purchases I rely on reviews. This product deserves a review. First off I'm 58 and very active, I have loose ankle joints, A LOT of arthritis, plantar fasc. ,heel spurs among other issues. The compression is perfect, it does not make my foot go numb from being to tight. It was SUPER EASY to put on and FINALLY for once it actually fits in my shoes! The first day I wore one for over 8 hours, it took my ankle pain down at least 80%, enough for me to order a second one immediately. It works. It's easy to use! Definitely worth the money. Excellent quality, the material was comfortable enough to wear all day!

Do NOT buy this for Plantar Fasciitis
I have had horrible Plantar Fasciitis (PF) in both feet and especially my right foot for about 3 months. I have been trying anything to get relief. PF needs compression in 2 places: 1) the arch of the foot, and 2) the heel. This product advertisis that it is especially made for PF, but that is completely false. It provides zero PF relief. It provides almost no compression at all in the arch of the foot. I would rate it as 1 out of 100 % of compression in the arch of the foot. You can get MANY other MUCH less expensive compression socks that work for the arch of the foot brilliantly. The problem is the heel of the foot. I saw the videos of this product and the claims that it compressed in 2 vital areas though they never explain well or show where the compression is supposed to be. I was hopeful there would of course be both arch and heel compression. So, 1% for the arch...maybe if that. and absolutely zero for the heel. The way you wrap takes almost ALL compression AWAY from the arch and NONE on the heel, and then puts it all around the ankle and above the ankle. I dont even think it would be a very good ankle stabilizing device - I have used many more better for that. It just squeezes above and below the ankle - for no purpose I can divine. I would not buy this product for any condition, and certainly NOT for PF. Save your money. Dont believe the hype and all the money they spend on advertising - it is false.

It does work!
My first time using the sleeve, I noticed almost immediate improvement of my pain. As for receiving my sleeve, it took an exceptionally long time, and I honestly don't believe it's worth $40, but it DOES seem to have a positive effect!

They were worth a try
When I first received the sleeve I was so excited to try it. I had been in so much pain and hoped that this would be the item that would make it better. I had a hard time initially figuring out how to attach the end tabs. It would have been a good idea if the directions indicated that the end tab was folded back on itself and to make it stick, you had to unfold it. I have never figured out if the sticky end of the strap is supposed to touch the sleeve part. When it does, it sticks so powerfully that it is difficult to unstick it. I had a hard time undoing the strap at times. When I first put the sleeve on, I did get some temporary relief but it was, only temporary. The worst part about the sleeve for me, was how the rim of the sleeve had so much pressure on the instep and side of my foot that I had to take it off. This was the worst at night and if I wore it to bed I ended up having to take it off in the middle of the night. The seam of the strap under the foot where it is stitched to the sleeve, was the worst area for this pressure. I was also disappointed with the fact that the sleeve is bulky enough that I could not get my shoes on over it. The only foot ware I could use were my slippers. When I first saw the advertisement for the Koprez Sleeve I was so excited that this was "Where Pain Ends, Freedom Begins" I had to take a chance and try them. I realize that it has only been 2-3 weeks of use but I know for me, the "cons" are outweighing the "pros" so I will be attempting to return them. I'm so sorry to have to give this item such a negative review.

Your shoe size should tell roughly the size you should order.
I was told the item often is too small so I ordered a size up from XL and it is too loose and doesn't work well.
