Q: What charger type do I need to charge this battery?

This battery requires a usb-c connection. Please note that high-powered quick chargers that deliver more than 2 amps will not work. A charge cable that has a usb-a (older, large style usb) on the host end will work with this battery. The battery includes a charge cable :)

Q: My gameboy advance is silver. Would i be able to get a matching battery cover?

They sell them separately in all the colors I got one for mine but the opening didn't line with the charging port so I have to take it every time I charge it anyway

Q: How many volts is this battery?

This battery mod uses a 3.7v LiPo cell and drops it down to 3v, the voltage needed to run the Gameboy Advance console.

Q: For an older person who knows a little about electronics, what tools do I need to make this fit into the battery compartment? The pictures not clear.

The best tool I have found is a pair of flush cutters. You can use them to cut off the little plastic piece that sticks up between the AA batteries so the LiPo cell will sit flat in the compartment. You also need to trim back the piece between the battery terminals so it does not rub against the battery. An instruction sheet with pictures is included with the purchase :)
