Easy and excellent customer service
Ordered 2 but one order was missing 2 clamps, emailed customer service and they sent me 2 clamps. Besides the excellent customer service, the trellis system works good and is sturdy.

Very loose, not sturdy at all.
I like the. Concept, but this thing sux! Better off building your own out of pvc pipes, screws and netting! Do not recommend

"Fits EVERY standard grow tray"
On the box it says "Fits EVERY standard grow tray". Sadly, it doesn't.I have a Hydrofarm HGFT24 2-Foot by 4-Foot black grow tray for a flood table. It doesn't fit on the corners of that. https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B003Y67WDK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Other than that, the pieces that are supposed to mount on the corner DO seem to be well built and stable and don't appear that they would have much give to them once installed on a product that they do fit.I did try them on some of the plastic storage boxes I have that you usually use for shoes or kids crafting, and they'll fit on those, just not on the tray I wanted to use them on.

Great Idea But Super Poor Quality
It’s a really great idea that’s why I ordered one but the quality is very poor. The screw holes had plastic from the brackets melted in them making it very hard to put the screws in and the kit I got came with a bunch of random screws. I would definitely not recommend to others especially for the price.
