I bought the 1000 lumen light a couple of years ago for $80. The same light is currently priced at $180. That's a 125% mark up and absolutely NOT worth that kind of price!!! This light is very bright, the magnets hold up great, battery life is great, and the assembly so far is durable. Bring down the price closer (much closer) to the $80 price point and this light has a place in anyone's garage. At the $180 price point you can find more versatile lights from other manufacturers. Shame.

I really like this light for many types of work in low light areas. The selectable brightness is handy. The battery life is very good especially if you use a setting less than full power. I only wish it had a battery level indicator and a strong magnet on the small end. There are two magnets on the back at each end of the long flat side that do work well.

This light is great for lighting up those dark caverns in the bowels of an engine compartment. I use this on a daily basis when I'm doing work under the hood and don't need to break out the big Milwaukee unit.The magnets are ok, although it would have been nice if they had run a strip along the whole unit instead of just on the ends. More often than not I'm just resting one end of the light against a wiring harness or hose, or jamming it wherever to suit my lighting needs.Have only dropped it a couple times although I don't think it would hold up to a lot of abuse, only time will tell.All in all this is a great light and I am happy with my purchase.

This review is for the OEMTOOLS 25997 600 Lumen Rechargeable Multi-Use Li-Ion Work Light. I could not be happier with this work light. It's super bright, durable, very handy, small and the battery lasts a really long time.Update: I've since purchased two more, a 330 lumen for myself and another 330 lumen for a mechanic friend that helps me with mods to my car. These lights are really impressive in their brightness, durability and how long the battery lasts. I can't count the number of times we've dropped them yet they are totally unscathed.

I have a bunch of these in various sizes. The long one is awesome and eye blinding bright. It came with sticky metal pads. So i put it under my kitchen counter cabinet. For extra counter light and a convenient storage spot. They are a little pricey for a light. But if i had a tiny house or stealth camper these would be great. I like them because if we lose power they are always ready and light an entire room. Plus the are magnetized, so small ones fit in many tight spots when i need light to fix my production equipment.

This light is very bright!! It is super convenient in that you can either use the magnets to attach it to light your project or use the hooks that come with it. This picture is worth a thousand words. If you are worried that it might not be bright enough, don’t be. It’s great and the battery life is long.

(Probably custom for this product)Current asking price : ~$116What i paid : ~$80It started going up before COVID so, it’s not entirely related to that.The goodIt’s pretty durable. Had one for years. It has magnets. Batteries are starting to degrade but, overall pretty good. Used many, many times.The badAlthough i describe it as durable, the green end caps are not. They are very brittle.It’s way overpriced. At the price point that i paid (around $80), it should have usb-c, fast charging, and act as a battery bank. - it has none of this.They give you silicone caps for the ends - to keep the magnets from scratching whatever you attach it to and cover the plug, i suppose - and they are garbage. They fall apart fast. I solved the problem by putting silicone on the magnets and set it on a metal table. Now i have silicone feet for my light.It’s not that I think it’s an awful product. It’s not. But it’s way overpriced. I would look somewhere else.

I really like this light because it has three settings of brightness including a strobe for emergencies I’m guessing. It works for me as an additional light source in my garage, I attach it to my garage door opener bar and it’s more cost effective than adding new pot lights. But it is portable and works great for just about any application, it doesn’t get too hot either. Perfect!

Little on the pricey side, but work really well when working on the car. Battery life is okay I suppose.

Would have loved to give a 5 star review, but.....This light just simply stoped working suddenly one day. I thought the battery may have died, or be low on charge, but the charge indicator light doesn’t illuminate when I insert the micro USB charging cable into it, and the charging cable, power adapter, and power supply are known to be good. It was a great light while it lasted though! Very bright, very compact, and long lasting between charges.In summary, if you are using this light on a daily basis and if it will be subjected to rough service, it will not hold up. This is the second one I have purchased, and the same thing happened to the last one. I’m not even going to bother with attempting to warranty this, as the shipping costs alone make this proposition not economically feasible. This light lasted about one month for me, now unfortunately it is destined for the scrap heap. What a shame.
