Switching to this 2 Micron Shower Water Filter has been a total revelation for me, especially dealing with hard (well) water at my new place. I hate the smell of hose water so I bought these and it removes some of the nasty smell. This product is fantastic. I hooked it up to my well and the water came out clean, drinkable and no odor. It seems well made, flexible, and well, it worked. It eliminated about 90% of the unpleasant odor. Fresh water for drinking and cooking. It works great. Thank you. - Thank you. Just had to buy one. Plastic garbage! Not even the correct thread for a standard 3/4” line. Leaked right from the box!

This filter is easy to install, works as expected and looks sleek.i love it

I put 2 of these inline filters on my washing machine. Completely solved my problems! No more bleached out dark colored clothes and no more hard water stains in my machine. I also love that they are clear so you can see when to replace them without having to take them apart! We did have to buy some extra screw on fittings to make them work with our connections. No big deal, any Hardware store has them. What I don’t know yet is how long they will work before I have to replace them. Everyone’s water is different but it seems from the other reviews 3-6 months.

No real instructions were included. Check out the photos on the side of box so you don't put the filter in the wrong direction. It took a little work to complete the installation because the lack of adaptors that come with the unit. It didn't include a second hose to hose fitting that's used in the USA. To solve the lack of fitting, go to the local hardware store and get a male pipe thread/female connector and possibly a female/female connector to connect the filter to the washer. It's important to put the washers in place that come with the unit, AND most important...use grade A teflon tape whenever you have a male thread connection. The teflon tape that comes with the product is too thin and you are forced to use too much. Before you thread the bottom to the top of the plastic product, wrap teflon tape on those threads too. If you don't, it will leak. If you follow these ideas, you will be pleased with the installation. Time will tell if the product works to improve the laundry.
