Alternative Imagination - Abalone Shell Incense Holder (Standard Abalone Shell)

A beautiful accurate shell that was packed so poorly it arrived broken. Had to replace. Second one arrived cracked as well. Third time the shell was properly packaged and arrived fine. Love it.

Gave 2 as C'Mas presents to daughter and niece. They were huge and soooooo pretty, each possessing own unique beauty & special qualities. One was thicker and rainbow colors, other was long & leaner with a gorgeous purple & silver swirly in middle with rainbow edging and what was coolest of all was the backside of which I didn't expect to be so cool too. Would absolutely recommend but have an open mind. This is nature. It doesn't always give u what you want but it gives u best of what it is or at least this company does best at variation of uniqueness. Thank you soooooo much for the smiles at C'mas!! Ps. One doesn't even want to smudge in it. Says too pretty so will use as trinket dish lol.

I don't know what was wrong with my 1st review, but trying 1 more time.I ordered 6.5" and received exactly what I ordered. It arrived fast and was packaged very well to protect from shipping damage.This shell is huge.There's room for a little bit of sand in the bottom and it easily holds a full Sage bundle as well as smudging stick, with room to spare.Its very sturdy and all natural. This is a great addition to your meditation ritual, to aid your spiritual work in warding off evil spirits and all negative energy.I would highly recommend that anyone who's just getting into this, to not buy a "beginners kit" as I found the shell provided with those are just too small & can inadvertently cause a fire Hazzard (you'd have smoldering ashes dropping to the floor & igniting anything flammable.With this shell you can put a Palo Stick on the bottom and stager your sage on top, or visa versa & have them both smoldering, safely, being extinguished in the bottom bit of sand.Word of advice, do not skip the sand in the bottom because not only does it extinguish your ashes as they fall, but you can gently put out your sage bundle/stick easier and safer.I highly recommend this.You won't go wrong.(from JGS350 on August 13, 20206.5" Abalone Shell for White Sage SmudgingOrdered the 6.5" and its a lot bigger than you'd think.Plenty of room for a full sage bundle with Palo Smudge stick.)
