Needed to replace the plug in my sink (duh) and I tried a couple others before finding this one and they sucked balls. In other, lesser products you have to go under the sink and encounter possible spiders and muck with the dealy that holds the end of the plug in place inside the sink drain. As you gaze down the throat of the drain you can almost see the money you practically poured down there by purchasing other, poopier sink stoppers. You don't have to eff around with any of that stupid inside-the-drain-crap with this guy! NO WAY! You just shove this dude down until you feel it make contact with the sink drain adam's apple whatsit and gently push a bit further and CONGRATS it's a baby boy! No not really but you will say "oh baby" and "oh boy" at how easy and neat this thing is.

6/26/2019I am a single woman, not inept at minor home repairs, but I have no skills for anything major. I’ve never even changed a faucet washer, that’s how unknowledgable I am in plumbing repairs. So I was quite sad when my powder room sink stopper broke (it would have to be the powder room, wouldn’t it, where all my guests can see my ugly broken drain stopper).The top part snapped off from the part in the drain a couple months ago. I’ve been avoiding an expensive plumber repair call since then. But a rubber stopper just does not cut it in a nice guest powder room!Finally it dawned on me to search for a repair stopper on Amazon. Would that I had done that sooner!!The repair stopper by PF WaterWorks arrived yesterday, but I was illogically a little (kind of a lot, really) terrified that I’d screw something up.I know I saw a short and clear video on how to do this when I ordered the part, but I couldn’t find it today. But the pictures on the back of the package are pretty clear and the step-by-step instructions are very clear. There’s nothing o be afraid of. In a matter of two minutes I had the stopper fully installed.And what to my wondering eyes should appear, but a stopper that works perfectly and looks like the original. Amazing!!After my installation, I filled the sink half-full with water and it does not leak one tiny bit. This is a WOW product. I wish I needed to use them all the time cuz they are perfect and so easy to install. Of course, I’ll probably never need another one. But you cannot go wrong with this. What a great and inexpensive way to fix your sink stopper.

Universal isn’t so universal. We needed to replace 1 of our 3 bathroom drain stops and this didn’t fit in any of our 3 bathrooms! Great idea but doesn’t fit into the 1” drains...

Whoever came up with this product is absolutely brilliant. You have to actually have a broken off stopper in your sink for it to work, which I did. I was skeptical that it would do what it says, but it does. The sink even holds water when you pull the stopper lever and it looks like a new sink almost. I hate to use a sink with a gaping hole in it -I guess I’ve seen too many Stephen King movies. But if you have a little piece that you pull to move the stopper up and down , And you can look down in the hole and see it moving up and down, this should work for you.

I had a different reason than most people for ordering this. My sink would not drain fast enough with the normal drain plug in it (but if you removed the drain plug it would) so I assumed the bit at the bottom that grabs the arm was taking up too much area in the drain therefore slowing the flow. This plug however has a much slimmer profile lower in the drain so now my sink drains so much faster and can actually keep up with the flow . An odd problem to have but this improved my sink drain flow rate immensely!

It worked like a charm for the issue I had. I was living with no stopper in the bathroom sink for a few months, and it was only a matter of time before something valuable or troublesome fell into the drain as it was open. I know Amazon usually has what you need sop I looked this up and ordered it. Works great! I had to extend the rod that holds the stopper up and down in the drain pipe which i did by taking it out from under the sink and tapping it with a hammer to extend it further through the plastic ball that held it in place. I actually used a second hammer (the claw part) to hold the plastic ball to tap the rod so that it stuck out a little further. There was plenty of rod leftover under the sink to connect to the pull handle connector. The rod had broken off because it rusted away. If the rod rusts away again (which it will eventually I suppose) I could probably repeat the process to get it working again. I hope this helps!

I hate anything to do with plumbing repair; but, I hate paying a plumber to visit the house even more. So, for the past few months I have conveniently ignored my broken sink stopper. The thought of getting under the sink and sliding on my back was just too much hassle to think about.So, when a friend suggested PF WaterWorks PF0250 EasyPOPUP Universal, Easy Install/Remove Pop-Up Stopper, I was interested to see if they really work. I now can tell you that these sink stoppers were the easiest to install and they do hold a full sink of water without leakage. I was able to install them in less than three minutes, with most of the time spent loosening the stopper nut under the sink. But, I was able to do this on my knees, without having to slide under the sink. The stopper itself slides over the closing mechanism in the drain with little effort. It is easy to adjust and it looks just like the original replaced sink stopper. The only worry I have is that the rubber stopper looks a bit flimsy. Time will tell it how long it lasts. Overall. I have no problems giving this product five stars for easiness of installation.

The previous stopper broke. I tried to use a "sink shroom", which was not really doing the job and also didn't allow us to actually close the drain. This fixed the issue in a cheap and easy way. The seal works, and so far super impressed with quality and ease of install.

I'm impressed. Since my previous plug broke, I did not have to do anything but push this plug into place.I'll see how it stands up over time.

Got this as a replacement for a normal stopper. It was every bit as easy as stated. Put the plunger so that the stopper would be up as far as you want when open, push the new stopper in until it’s at the height you prefer.You might have to shave the fins but it’s really easy to do. I took a couple of millimeters off each one.Total install time was likely 5 min including reading the directions.

I was worried that I was going to have trouble with the fit, but I was presently surprised. Product is exactly as described, and installation is easy.

Our bathroom sink faucet shoots water straight down the drain, which forced you to use your hands to clean anything out of the sink every time we used it. This little stopper has worked perfectly in blocking the drain and allowing the water to clean a majority of the sink on its own. Great product!
