Easy to use
I’ve never used anything like this before so I wasn’t sure how hard it would be to use. But it’s so easy to use, the instructions are really simple to follow. Nice and easy to set up. As I have never used one before I don’t have anything to compare it to but I have had no issues at all with this, would definitely recommend.

Nice Laser Level !
I want to start with a problem on the web page : It says there is a remote control with this model but there IS NOT.. the remote is on the next model up the KF3-360G (which at the time of writing is £20 more) and not this model which is the K3-360G (No 'F' after the 'K').Personally I was not bothered about there not being a remote, just to let you know that you want this feature and order this model you will be deeply disappointed !It comes in a nice, well padded canvas bag, and not a cardboard box, I just wish all expensive tools were like that, so it was already off on good footing for me.It certainly looks and feels more professional than previous levels I have borrowed of people to do jobs, and now it will be a real bonus to have one myself. It also includes a Laser Target Plate and a Magnet Bracket to hold the level itself which also has provision to attach it to a tripod, which isn't supplied by the way.In the case is also a User Manual and I would advise everyone to read it before using the laser, oh amd you do get a 1 year warranty with it.It certainly looks and feels well built and of professional quality and is supplied with 2 bespoke batteries, one to put in it and one you can have as a spare, keep then both charged and you will have more than ample working time for any job.A battery charger and charger lead are supplied too.A little niggle on this note, is that I personally would have preferred a level that used readily available batteries such as AA Type AS WELL as the proprietary batteries - there are levels on the market now that have this facility. One reason is that because if, at some point for whatever reason, you can't get replacement proprietary batteries, the whole thing just becomes 'land fill'.Another reason is if you get really stuck you can get AA batteries anywhere, rather than having to wait hours for the supplied batteries to charge up.Just a thought for the manufacturers in future though, I think they have missed a trick there but it doesn't detract from it usefulness or function in anyway, as it is at the moment. The self-levelling feature is very useful, but can also turn it off and use it in manual mode if you so wish.Green lights lasers are generally rated better than red one, they are easier to see for starters, although I have yet to use one that is really excellent outdoors but I suspect that having a powerful laser outdoors would be more trouble and more importantly dangerous than it's worth, and I suspect there is legislation in place to protect people from this danger, so the manufacturers are limited in any case.I used this indoors and it superb, by far the best laser level I have used. Most of the time I have been happy with lasers that are only 2 dimensional (i.e. vertical and horizontal) and that is why there are more of those around than 3D ones, but I suspect people will want 3D models more in the future so you are ahead of the game with his laser. This laser is priced near the top of the price range, and yes, there are more expensive models and there are just so many to choose from too.For me though this would be a good choice as its build quality is very good and the only real let down is the fact you can't use AA batteries as well, otherwise I would have said it is perfect !That omission isn't enough to lose a star though, as it functions perfectly, and certainly does the job, and therefore I will give it 5 stars...

DOVOH K3-360G - 3 Plane Self Leveling Laser Level
If you want a quick and easy way to put level lines around a room for setting out when fitting kitchens/bathrooms etc or you want to create a datum line to measure from, then a laser line generator such as this one from DOVOH is a great way to do it.This particular model features green lasers, which are a little better than the red ones for outside use and it has the capability to generate both horizontal and dual vertical lines. The device has an accuracy of +/- 2mm over 10M, which is accurate enough for most jobs. There are 2 modes, a static mode which can be used to project a straight line at whichever angle you point the device (useful for diagonal lines, when installing hand rails, etc) and a self-levelling mode, which uses pendulums to automatically level the laser lines – this is perfect for making a line around a room when you don’t know if the floor is level. You can project the line and then measure up/down from it.On the top of the unit is a power button (hold to switch on/off and press briefly when switched on to change to pulse mode). There are 2 further buttons – H and V, which are used to cycle the horizontal and vertical lines (horizontal on/off, single vertical, dual vertical, vertical off).Three indicator LED’s are located just above the controls and these show whether the lasers are locked into position, whether pulse mode is active and lastly a battery indicator. On the left hand side is a simple slide switch, which locks and unlocks the pendulums. Unlocking them automatically turns on the unit and the lasers begin to self-level. If the device is too far out of level, a warning sound will alert you so that you can straighten the device a little. The battery compartment and a standard tripod thread can be found on the bottom, whilst a USB-C charging port is located on the right. This can be used to charge the removable Lithium battery pack, or to actually power the unit. The device can be tripod mounted, but also comes with an L shaped bracket that screws onto the bottom, with the bracket being able to mount to walls or beams using the integrated magnets, the hanging hole or the thumb screws. There is also a handy little dial on the side that allows you to precisely move the laser unit up and down.A green targeting plate is also included. This has markings on the front in both centimetres and inches and has a reflective plate inside to enhance the laser lines in brighter conditions. The plate has a small kickstand on the back and a magnet at the top to help place it.***** In The Box *****1 x DOVOH K3-360G1 x L Bracket1 x Target1 x USB-C Charging Cable2 x Rechargeable Battery Packs1 x Battery Charger1 x User Guide1 x Protective Case***** Installation / Usage *****The level is very easy to use. I find it best to place it onto a standard photography tripod. Then, unlocking the pendulums automatically switches on the laser and levels itself. If the device is tilted too far in either plane, it will flash to let you know that it is too far outside of it’s auto levelling capabilities and needs adjusting a little. If you have a laser receiver (sold separately), you can use the pulse mode. This is handy if there is too much light to see the lines, as the receiver picks up the pulses.***** Conclusion *****If you have never had a laser level before, you won’t believe how quick and easy it is to place a level line around a room – the K3-360G takes less than a minute to set up on a tripod and is far more accurate than drawing multiple lines around the room using a spirit level. The laser unit and the bracket feel really sturdy and I like having the adjustment and the amount of mounting options it provides. My only slight annoyance is that although the laser itself has a standard ¼” tripod mount and can be mounted directly, the bracket has a larger (I believe 3/8”) mount so would need a thread adapter to fit most tripods.I like having the green lasers, as they are definitely easier to see in brighter lights than the red ones, although I did try it outside on an overcast day and after about a meter and a half, the line became far too difficult to see.I really like that the product comes with 2 rechargeable battery packs, as I don’t need to hunt around for batteries and I always have spare ready to go and of course there is also the option of powering the unit via the mains. The product descriptions says that there is a remote control included, but this is not actually the case with this particular model.Overall, this is a really handy tool to have in your collection and although the price seems about average for similar products, there are some that look identical for less money so may be worth looking around.

.
I just got it, but so far so good. It does everything the other (pricier) lasers do. Time will tell.

Very happy. And it can be powerd by USB
I like the USB power option. If you know you're gonna be leaving it on for a while, it's a great option. The width of the laser itself is about 1/16 wide in some places. I just use the center. If memory serves, you can't Charge the internal battery via USB, but tis okay.I accidentally left it on for a while when I left the room. At least an hour later, when I came back and it was still going strong. I am still on my first battery, so that's good.

Hard to see lazer light has to be dark.
Later lights not very bright.

Nice bright line in two vertical and one horizontal plane, and self-leveling also.
This laser level is larger than the other one that I use and it obviously designed for commercial use. The self-leveling will feature will cause it to blink on and off if it cannot get it level due to being places on a slant of similar. Of course, you can also set it as a fixed angle and do not need to use the self-leveling if you do not need it.It comes with the ability to attach to a tripod (tripod not included) and includes a remote control.I was excited about this one as the marketing indicated that the green line can be seen in the daylight outside. It can over very short distances but not so much over longer distances. But despite the fact that it was not easy to see in the daylight, it was brighter than my regular one and I have yet to see one that provides a light bright enough to be seen well in daylight. I suspect that is by design and it could be problematic if it was too strong and putting a vertical laser light line up into the sky where it might be seen or temporarily bling a pilot or create an issue with the person across the street looking at it. So, there may be legal and safety reasons why it is not so easy to see outside during the daylight. But, I did like the level, It does an awesome job inside for lining things up on the same level and vertical plane. The battery lasts a long time and while just a vertical and horizontal works for most of my needs, it was nice to have three and allowed me to align a counter with two hallways as well as setting the height where I wanted it.This is a nice, heavy-duty laser level and I would definitely recommend it.
