I'm writing this review in response to many I've read about the poor condition of this item upon receipt.My Umbra Edge Large Wooden Collage Multi Picture Frame for Desktop or Wall arrived in a timely fashion, well packaged, and in excellent condition. Handling the item outside of the package, it feels quite sturdy, well-made. No rough edges, no loose seams, nothing rickety about this item at all. I am very pleased. It is exactly what I was hoping for. I especially like the little shelf-like options that can be utilized no matter which direction you hang it on the wall.I believe, because of the quality, the unique design, and the elegant look, that this frame is well worth the money!

Customer service was great and sent me a replacement at no charge. The new one has held up!

The wooden frame broke instantly. It separated at the joints and you can clearly see it was not properly put together. Of course it was outside the return time by two months because I didn't hang it up immediately. I reached out to Umbra, but no response after 24 hours. I loved the frame, but it is NOT put together well at all. For the price point it should be better quality workmanship. I'm very disappointed.

Oh this thing is definitely not worth the $45, but if you want to add some things to your amazon cart right now that you'll need when the frame arrives here is a list:-Super Glue for when the frame comes broken-Windex because the glass is dirtier than a jeep during mudding season-Paint for the chipped and poorly painted frame-Stressball because the previous 3***Most assembly required by buyer***

Very nice looking design, but engineered with low standards. All joints are glued only. Thus the collage has a tendency to fracture at the picture frame joints while in transit. For 50-60 bucks Id expect a couple small finish nails or some dove tail work to ensure the woodwork doesn't simply fall apart. Had to repair myself rather than bother returning.

Der Rahmen schaut super aus und ist sehr gut verarbeitet.Einziger Nachteil: Die Befestigungen an der Rückseite sind vom Abstand her Unterschiedlich, d.h. man kann den Rahmen nich einfach drehen, sondern muss dann zumindest einen neuen Nagel in die Wand schlagen.

Wanted a feature frame for the bedroom, first one arrived completely busted from the journey. Contacted seller who apologised and immediately replaced it with a new one, super well packed and protected.Really beautiful and as the frames sit proud I even got some little succulents along the ledge, looks great and better than ordinary usual frames. Communicative seller.Would recommend.
