Just received this a few days ago, so it's still relatively new. But so far, our mice really like it. They seem to snuggle up in here when there's no one to snuggle with (other girls are busy exploring, etc). The one in the picture was quite interested in the tail (which is stretchy) at first, but has since left it alone. We previously had another snuggle house that they eventually destroyed, and I expect this will happen over time with this one as well, so I'm not worried if that does happen.

So this is the most unbelievably stinkin cute bunny bed. I mean just adorbs. Fat girl hamster slept in it for about 3 days before she decided to eat it. So, might need to take that into consideration. Could be Fat girl is just weird or do all hamsters gorge on everything put in their cage??? Anyway, cute if you want to take cozy hamster photos but could become a snack. ( Fat girl has a glass bowl to sleep in as its the only thing she can't eat.)

Big enough for my dwarf hamster who seems to like the fuzzy interior and playing with the “floppy” opening.Quality is not great. I had to cut off a lot of loose threads, and the bottom of the bed is made out of a tissue-thin fabric/paper that I imagine my hamster will chew through in about two days.If it lasts through the Christmas season, it will have served its purpose of adding a little holiday decor to our hamsters cage. I have no realistic hopes of longevity beyond that.

This would probably work great for a dwarf hamster but was a little snug for our Syrian. He seemed to enjoy it though. It's very soft and easy for him to burrow into...just not get back out!

When I opened the amazon package containing the bed in a vacuum sealed bag there was a sweet smelling powder on the vacuum sealed bag. I didn't think anything of it, opened the bag, fluffed up the bed, and put it in my hamsters enclosure. My hamster was sleeping when I put the bed in. About an hour later I checked on her and she was lying next to the bed convulsing, breathing heavily, and her mouth was purple. I don't know what was on the bed but clearly it was toxic. Do not buy this product.
