I purchased these dishes in July of 2022, and initially, they were a nice set. the white color was more of a warm white and the dishes seemed sturdy. It is now 9 months later and I have lost 3 of the small size dishes with the same hairline crack in all of them. I don't understand why this is happening, since I am very careful with my dishes (because I like them and want them to last) so I do not handle them roughly. I do find it suspicious that all of them have the same crack in the same place.

We love the set - shape, weight, etc. However, we purchased in March, and already in May we are seeing not just scratches from knives but also little brown spots of something sticking out from the flat plates that seem to be impurities somehow - we don't use sharp knives on our plates and always dishwash them. It's not food stuck to the plates.

This set was purchased as a gift to a child moving out of the house. I chose this product because of its construction material and design. It is made of bone chine which is very strong and chip resistant. It is white which goes well with any occasion and each serving set has 5 pieces instead of four. This set has two different size of bowls which other sets do not provide. The set was well packaged, non of the pieces where delivered broke, and all pieces where without defects. I was considering a Correlle Set due to its chip resistant construction, but this set is much better looking with a traditional design. In addition, the price was very good for what you are getting. I strongly recommend to consider this set as an option. I liked it so much that I may buy another to have additional serving set if need for more than 4 individual. Thinking of Thanksgiving, Christmas and/or New Year gatherings!!

The set seemed good when I first got it. It’s not as light as nicer China is but for the price it was fine. However, I noticed within a few months one of my cups had a chip and a crack and a plate had a chip also. These aren’t particularly heavily used so it seems like the quality is just OK, maybe subpar. I wouldn’t buy these again.

Update few months later: the set is getting scratched and is breaking incredibly easily. Poor quality...a real shame because it is very pretty otherwise.I received the set today. it is nice, light and seems fine for every day use. However, the branding, that also states that the dish is bone china, dishwasher/microwave safe is a peel off, making me concerned about the quality.

Dishes replaced a very heavy porcelain set. These are light and are suitable for everyday use. Nice enough to use at a formal dinner. Very good value for the price. Simple, clean and light.

Don’t waste your money. I just gave away my Food Network Bone China set that was 15 years old. In that time only one broken plate. I bought a set for sixteen place settings. Not a small investment. They are light weight but the first bowl broke day 2 being washed in the sink I was hoping it was a fluke. Then one of the little bowls broke being put in the dishwasher. And now a cup handle broke off. Really unhappy.Update - have not heard from the manufacturer. I’ve never posted a bad review and not heard back something. Please heed my warning. Do t buy these dishes. Mikasa is very reputable and not much more expensive than these. They have lowered the price to get rid of them. Choose more wisely than I did.

I love the cereal bowls vs pasta bowls plus a bonus of have small dip sauce bowls. The small bowls have been good for microwave cheese dips, ranch for veggies or even drawn butter. I have never been able to get these within a set so I loved when I saw this product pop up. Only thing I feel could be better is bone ware is suppose to be very durable but the sides of the bowls seem extremely narrow. I hope not to chip them ever but since I just got them I can’t give complete durability but notice they are super thinner
