works great and easy to use!
This soap dispenser looks super nice and is super easy to fill and use. its also very solid and sturdy. you can pump it one handed without it tipping over and my toddler has nocked it off the bathroom vanity enough times where i know its not breaking. I liked this so much i ended up buying three, one for each bathroom and one for the kitchen. It is a matt black and has a bit of a texture to it so that if you pick it up with wet hands it wont slip out. over all a great product.

Elegant soap dispenser
Easy to use for liquid soap. This is not for foaming soap. Easy to fill and dispenses well. Like the larger smooth round pump press. I purchased this for a home in a humid climate. The interior pump mechanics have held up well with no rusting.

Exquisite simple design, love it!!!!!
The design is simple, and yet exquisite. We purchased white, black, and khaki colored containers. We placed them in the kitchen and bathrooms. They are beautifully engineered— they work well and look great. Thank you!! We highly recommend them.

It is ridiculous how much I love this
I am almost embarrassed to admit how much I love this foaming dispenser. It is such a great size, so sturdy, so elegant. And using actual foaming soap liquid is a game-changer (I used to just water down regular liquid soap, which was hit or miss). The foam is a beautiful consistency. I really love this.

Beautiful but a little finicky
This thing is really pretty. Modern and fancy looking. It's really easy to use, but it doesn't work too well for lotion that's on the thicker side, the pump just sucks the lotion up the straw and then it just creates a well in the center. So it stops working. I thinned out my lotion with aloe, which solved that.Just, use a thinner water based lotion in this and you'll be ok.Also, as they clearly state, open it from the base, not the top, you'll pull the pump thing apart otherwise.***Edit: extra problem solving I discovered: if you close the lid and it doesn't want to stay down, just pump the top and that'll pull the air out and it pulls the top down perfectly. Also if you're too messy filling it, the lotion itself could be preventing it from closing all the way. Just clean that up so the silicone has grip.

Great for Lotion
Was looking for an attractive dispenser that was easy to fill, and would be strong enough to pump lotion. I purchased a black one. The wide mouth makes filling a snap - no more mess trying to fill. The top pulls off, and I had no problem getting it to stay on. It pumps beautifully - a little or a lot with a touch. The description said this dispenser was for lotion as well as soap, and that proved true for me. A win!

These are the ones!
The feel of the glass is almost very slightly suede-like. I love them! There is always soap in the pump, so just requires one pump. Great product and looks great with my black fixtures.

Top won’t stay down - fixed! Update: Broken
Worked great for awhile, so bought a second one. But now, on one of them, the top won’t stay down, despite following the instructional video on this very issue. Perhaps the gasket gets worn? Another annoyance is that the pump button often needs help to come back up. So, the lid won’t stay in the jar, but the button sticks at the bottom. Annoying. Crazy that the best and longest lasting foam soap dispenser is the plastic one that came with soap in it from the grocery store!Update: Ok, I think I solved the problem. The manufacturer states that if you have trouble pushing the top all the way in the bottle, you can pull the pump out a bit further, suggesting that maybe you can let some air escape, and then push the pump back in all of the way. Here’s what I’ve learned - you can pull the pump completely out of the outer ring of the top! You have to get your fingers under it and be pretty firm, but it will pop out, in two places! then you have just the outer ring that fits into the bottle, no problem. Before you snap the pump back in, compress it completely (do this over a sink so as not to make a big mess) and snap it back in (two snaps, one on either side) whilst keeping it fully compressed as best you can. And, voila!! It sticks! At least so far, mine has. This is a bit of a chore, and they should explain this fully on their website and in their manual, but, I really do like these dispensers otherwise, so…it’s worth it. I will improve my rating to 3 stars!Update: back to 2 stars. Top is now broken. Love the ceramic cup, but the pump is garbage.

Feels and looks expensive
Recommended if you: use regular hand soap and want a premium look and feel.Would not recommend if you: use foaming soap or extra thick soap.Purchase details: bought for $30 Canadian on February 2024.The dispenser has a really nice weight to it due to the ceramic body, so it feels and it looks more expensive than it actually is. The lid and spout are plastic, but it doesn't feel cheap. This wouldn't be out of place in a Crate and Barrel or West Elm. There's no branding on the dispenser, so that's also a plus.It does a good job dispensing soap, but the instructions warns against certain types of soap (e.g foaming, super thick soap). If you're just using regular hand soap (e.g. softsoap, meyers, etc) then this should work just fine.
