Ordered a 3in’ Queen size for my bed and this was delivered!!! It is smaller and flat and lumpy some areas! Really paid $80+ for this?!! HORRIBLEUPDATE!!!Second picture is the update IM SORRY! I SPOKE TOO SOON! I’m in love! Feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud!

We had bought a sleep number mattress and it was so uncomfortable. I was looking for a way to soften it up. I finally came across this Gel Topper and thought I would take a chance on it and am I glad I did. It has made my life so much better because I don't wake up sore. I finally get a good night sleep! If your bed is to hard I highly recommend this top!

My wife loves it, I really don't. It has a slight odor, it requires an additional waterproof cover before use that they don't tell you until you receive it. It needs to be laided out to air out for two days before use, that they also don't tell you until you receive it. I think it's hot to sleep on, she is ok with it. We took off an old 4" pad and replaced it with this 2" pad, I can feel the hard mattress through this pad when sleeping on my side, ok for back sleeping.It offers very little comfort for reading (or watching TV) because it is so thin and the type of foam it is, compresses after about two minutes and offers no support.Again it depends upon whom you ask.UPDATE:*********************Their Customer Service Dept, is top notch. We do not, did not want to return it, as I said above, my wife really likes it. Their CS department contacted me many times, answered all of my questions, wanted to make me happy, they were really top notch. They ask me to remove the negative comments, I really don't consider them negative, just facts. It is what it is, a foam mattress topper, it appears to be well made. My honesty and integrity will not allow me to change the truth, however, this is a well made, quality product, we solved our problem at home by adding some additional foam on my side under their topper and all's well. PS. the slight odor is gone, I guess we didn't let it air out long enough, I would recommend 3+ days. They are one of the best Customer Service Departments I have found on Amazon.

Looks great. It just came yesterday and is still filling out from shipping. Will try tomorrow night then update my review. Seems great quality memory gel foam firms back up after pushing down on it. I can't wait to try it out, Great customer Support, they resolved any issues I had

This topper does a nice job of cradling my body. I luxuriously sink into it. Sleeping well and does not seem to be holding my body's heat. Pleased and would buy it again.

This gel topper fits a queen size bed perfectly. No smell straight out the package. U do have to wait 48 hours for it to fully regain its shape and it is 31/2 inches thick. Very comfortable, well worth every penny. People are saying that it came lumpy and flat, well u have to lay it out flat for 48 hours are more for it to have time to reform to its natural shape, can't just take it out the package and use it right away, give it some breathing time. It's well worth the wait I promise u. The middle of mine fluffed up but the 2 end sides were flat but I waited 48 hours and it all fluffed up to 31/2 inches. I sleep on my back and it's awesome, now side sleepers I would recommend going thicker are getting a matress cotton topper if your some what on the heavy side like me, but I sleep mostly on my back so it's perfect for me.

After you let the topper sit in another room for 2 days it’ll be ready to use because it is vacuum sealed and needs that time to retain its form. After using the topper, my boyfriend and I both agreed that waking up just feels so much better. No pain and the topper has just the right amount of support where while it is soft at the same time. It also makes cuddling more comfy! We both woke up with a better sleep and significantly less pain in our backs. Also the gel seems to help temperature stay just right and not get hot. All in all it’s very comfortable and worth the buy because you really will feel that you are getting better sleep with this product.

Love it. Just the right amount of firm support I was hoping for and still be cradled. I highly recommend it. I tried to register it on there web site but there home page leaves a lot to be desired. I didn’t get it registered. But there’s no way I’m sending this back. It did take several days to completely expand the outside of the mattress. The center part expanded fairly quickly with no smell. I was sleeping on it in twenty four hours. I would recommend this mattress.
