Works GREAT -- just CLEAN IT FIRST!!!
Definitely works well. I have this on another printer already and bought this again for a new one. The textured side gives excellent adhesion -- you no longer need glue sticks, hair spray, or anything else. Just keep it CLEAN, and CLEAN it before you use it the first time too. When you take off the plastic film, there will be a yellowish residue that needs to be completely removed. Use acetone and paper towels. The acetone will not damage the textured glass surface in any way at all, and doesn't affect the white Creality logos either. Keep cleaning until there is NO yellow residue coming off on the paper towel anymore.During ongoing use, I wipe the bed off with alcohol every few prints. If there are any bits of PLA or other filament, then I'll go over it with Acetone or Goof-Off. When you 3D-print on the cleaned glass surface, you will have no problem getting the print off. No scraper necessary IF YOU LET THE BED FULLY COOL.

Five Hateful Stars
This bed will make your first layer stick like you've never seen before. Once it cools, the prints are basically released. It's great. I should give it zero stars for NOT being on the Ender to begin with. The magnetic beds are trash! I mean, they kind of work, but they're warped as hell. This is actually flat, and you can ACTUALLY level it! I've upgraded my board and installed a BLTouch. Both were good upgrades - board = super quiet operation, bltouch = kind of compensated for the warped-as-heck build plate. This should have been my first upgrade, though. I think I cried a little watching the first layer go down on my first print. It was just perfect, across the entire build plate. I mean, I know they wanted to hit the low price point, but this couldn't cost that much more than the magnetic plate.

Heads up-- Very Poor Adhesion
It's really easy for me to remove prints, but adhesion is terrible compared to the stock bed and I'm still getting corners pulling up. Here are all the settings I experimented with in Cura to get this working well:Initial layer speed 5Initial layer acceleration 200Initial layer jerk 200Initial layer height .1 higher than normal layer heightinitial layer width 105-140%Bed perfectly level and set to the correct heightNow all of this helped a great deal but it's still not perfect. If the manufacturer has any ideas as to how to help, please contact me and I will update my review. Someone posted a review saying to clean it with acetone. I haven't tried that because I don't have any acetone.

Not a v2
So, i have a v2 and i've bought 16 different variations of ones advertised as V2 and this is a v1 being sold as a v2. vender is misleading people. I run several machines and i have been trying to find a legitimate v2 glass bed because the 2 i have work the asbsolute best, flawless prints and flawless adhesion. every test print on these are horrible. if i print with a raft, it's 'ok' but i want the smooth bottoim that the glass offers, this does not offer it since nothing sticks!i'll keep looking and will be returning this one like the previous 16. Eventually one will send me an actual v2 and not just their old v1 inventory being passed off as v2.v2 is darker, more of a 'black' color. v1 is grayish mostly. see the difference in the picture.

Great Bed, If you're willing to spend time tuning your printer.
I own an Ender 3 pro, and decided to purchase this as i needed an upgrade. Upon unboxing, i noticed that the build plate was packaged really well. When opening further, the bed was horribly dirty and desperately needed a clean.Another hiccup I encountered during install was that the Ender 3 Pro came with a magnetic bed, with the magnet glued to the print surface. To fix this, any user must first peel off (and clean!) their print bed before continuing. Due to these inconveniences, I have subtracted 1 star. Now for the benefits- it prints amazingly with my Micro Swiss hotend + Stainless Steel nozzle and I have experienced no scratching or chipping in the midst of all my calibration and repairs of this printer. If a print is left to cool, the printout practically "slides off" the print bed. If extra adhesion is needed when printing something such as ABS, the bed plays really well with cheapo glue sticks.Potential customers should give their beds a wipedown with isopropyl alcohol before using and in between prints! If you don't mind tinkering a little with your printer, this is a must-have upgrade for your Ender 3 Pro.

Appears to warp over time and heat cycles
I loved this glass when I first received it. I've been using it for a little over a month now. A few days ago, I was having issues with adhesion so I leveled the bed again. Upon leveling, the filament would not stick in the center or on the right side of the glass. I did some measuring and re-leveling multiple times and it appears that the glass has sagged in a few areas. I rotated the glass and had the same issue so the problem follows the position. I then replaced it with my $1.50 glass plate from Ace Hardware, leveled it once, and am printing again without issues. My guess would be that there is a bad batch so I will be returning this to Amazon.

If you have an Ender 3/5, you must buy this!
If you have the ender 3 or 5 you must purchase this. The magnetic bed the machines come with are an absolute joke. I have an ender 5 pro and wasted hours upon hours of losing builds, starting and restarting builds, frustration you name it. I probably had a 95% failure rate on builds as nothing would stick to the bed and I tried all of the tricks.Since using this glass bed, I have a 100% success rate on builds. Everything has stuck perfectly to the bed and once you let the bed cool, your building will come right off. It doesn’t come with anything to attach it to your printer so I simply use painters tape and it works perfectly.Do yourself a favor and buy this for your 3D printer.

Warped or coating comes off causing bed level issues
Thought I would upgrade to a "glass" bed. Big mistake. Worked ok for a few parts but then bed leveling issues and part would not stick to glass bed. Had to use blue glue stick and that make for a real mess. The center of the glass bed is either warped or the coating is coming off with each print. Back side of glass if flat but then what's the point of a special glass bed.Bought an original magnetic bed all is good!!

The best money I've spent on the ender, but you need to tune your settings...
I bought this and some upgraded springs in order to get much better bed levelling, which I now have. However probably the best thing about this is how easy it is to get the prints off and the fact it doesn't leave any imprint on them. It's actually hard to tell which part was touching the surface now.The one word of warning...get your settings right! My first few prints didn't stick. For PLA I'm now using the following with success every time:Initial layer settings:210c nozzle70c plate5mm/sExtrusion 103%Remainder of print:200c nozzle65c plate50mm/sExtrusion 100%Then make sure you let the plate cool right down before you try to remove the print.

Must have for Ender 3
Let me start off by saying it was delivered on time and was well packaged. Now for the plate itself. this has to be the number one first upgrade for any Ender 3 owner. after a very frustrating couple of days of things either not sticking to the build plate or needing to have the extruder so close to the build plate i risked a blocked extruder causing really bad first layers, the printer nearly got it self put outside!.I did the usual internet searches but everything pointed to auto bed leveling devices? but did notice a lot of people had moved to glass for their build plate due to the bed being warped. so, quick Amazon search and this plate was on my Ender 3 in a flash. The bed leveling was very easily done with a post it note, with a tiny bit of adjustment during my first print, the adhesion is fantastic and the release when the plate cools down is amazing!A must have for any Ender 3 owner.

Well Worth it
I am new to 3D printing and have just purchased an Ender 3 Pro, this had what I believe is the normal dip in the centre of the bed. I bought this to even the bed out which it has. The adhesion is great once you get your settings right for the material you are using. My normal setting for PLAs are nozzle 200-210, Bed initial layer 70 then 60. The red PLA I have I had to higher the bed temp to initial 80 then 65. My temp display is about 8 degrees out when checked with a surface temp probe, so bear that in mind. You will have to work out what works best for you. As someone has said, on the larger prints you can actually hear the "crack" as the print releases from the bed. You can see from the photographs the quality you get when you get everything right and also as you can see I use a small USB fan to cool the bed. Overall for the money it's a no brainer if you have an uneven bed like I did. Well worth it.

Does nothing more than an ordinary glass bed without a glue stick.
3 prints in and the prints do not stick like claimed in the advertisement. Cleaned the surface and still no different. Printing on and ender 3 pro in an enclosure. PLA warped, PLA+ warped, PETG or ABS will not stick at all unless you reeeaaaally smush the first layer into the bed and then it warps. The first and second prints stuck like limpets to a rock. The third was ok, then the warping started so I started moving smaller prints to unused/less used parts of the bed to get the adhesion. Now everything warps. I now use the reverse side with no coating with adhesives or tape. This is the last gimmicky print surface that I will buy.I have come to the conclusion that a glue stick/ hair spray or blue painters tape works best for most of my prints.

Great flat bed really good adhesion.
I bought this as my Ender 3 Pro bed was significantly out of whack. The glass did curve to the warped bed somewhat when I clipped it on (as the centre of the original bed was the high point) so I had to put some shims under the corners. Please note that this bed does not come with any clips to attach it to the existing bed, £1.50 later at the local hardware store and it was easily fixed though although if you're reading this before buying you may want to order something ahead of time. The adhesion is exceptional. Ive printed 3 things so far with PLA and a bed temp of 50* and its been perfect, I have printed fairly large pieces too (150mm diameter). I suspect that the coating will probably not last forever but then at this price I think it would be fair to consider this bed a consumable, I'd certainly have no issue buying another in say 6 months (depending how much you print?) hopefully it won't be sooner.Obviously it takes a little longer to the heat to filter through to the bed so a bit of preheating is always a good idea.
