This rail for the Mossberg 12 gauge pumps fits like it grew there, has a nice finish and enables mounting an optic securely. The height of my holographic sight was perfect. My only gripe is that the rear mounting bolt that replaces the trigger pin has a bulbous head on the right side of the receiver. This screw head slams into the web between my thumb and forefinger of my right hand when the gun is discharged. I am able to apply enough force with my right hand, but this makes firing my shotgun a few times, tiresome. Perhaps the manufacturer should consider champhering the bolt hole on the right side and using a flat head screw so that this screw doesn't protrude on the right side of the receiver. Otherwise, I would have awarded 5 stars.

didn't fit. cost me an extra $50 from a gunsmith to make it fit!

Got my rail on time but they didn’t send the hardware until I asked for it. Got here a week later. Only has two points of contact (ejector screw and trigger plate screw) so I wouldn’t expect it to hold zero for too long. I’ll update this when I go to zero my red dot. Overall, looks good and let’s me put an optic where I couldn’t before. 4/5 for missing parts.
