i bought these to convert a pair of mainstays floor lamps, so we would no longer have to get up or tip the lamps down to turn them on or off. these worked like a charm, once the wiring was identified. i'll most likely buy more at some point, when the need arises to convert more lamps. 😁

Touch lamp control device.
Works like a charm. Does what it sopse to do. Haven't been using it very long but will update on progress. My second purchase. Good product, and price for two i think it was 10 bucks.. cant beat it.Recommend this.

Both Units Failed, Replaced With A Different Manufacturer
I have no doubts that I wired these devices exactly like the manufacturer's specifications, as my background is in electrical engineering. The device worked briefly before it quit altogether. I verified that the wiring was correct as I uninstalled the device. I thought that perhaps a manufacturing defect was to blame for the failure, so I carefully installed the second device, which failed, much like the first device. I purchased the DEWENWILS 2 Pack Touch Dimmer Switch, Touch Pad Control with 3 Levels of Dimming, to replace these failed devices. The design of the DEWENWILS device was such that no special wiring was necessary. Plug the DEWENWILS device into the wall, plug the lamp into the DEWENWILS device, then use double-sided tape to install the touch button.

Easy replacement
This dimmer worked well. priced right and shipped quickly. Just a matter of snipping the old one out, matching the wire color for connections, and installing in the lamp. Took literally 15 minutes and the lamp works again.Good purchase.

Repairs the touch lamps from the 90s
I ordered these to repair my grandmother’s vintage touch lamps that were so popular in the 90s. Two sensors were included with wire nuts and instructions. Even though I’ve replaced several dozens of these back in the day; I found the instructions to be a bit confusing but definitely achievable.You can access the old sensor by removing the plastic bottom on the lamp. You will need needle nose pliers to cut the wires of the existing sensor. Be sure the wires coming from the actual lamp remain long enough to work with when attaching the new sensor. Each lamp only requires one sensor, having an extra for backup.

One of the two devices works
It is a Tupac.I just got around to installing one on our lamp. It didn’t work. Put the second one and the same way and it did work so that means they sold us one that was defective. Be careful.
