High quality, works well. Bristles are on the soft side so if you are trying to sweep wet dirt or something heavy into a dust pan it is not ideal. Works great for dry dirt, sawdust, and sweeping off work bench surfaces.

Nothing fancy, but then it is a dust pan brush, and nothing fancy is needed. Yellow plastic body, with plastic flagged bristles. Bristles are not too soft, not too hard. It works and is not expensive. Made in China.

I use this brush for sweeping dirt and gravel off bedrock for gold prospecting. The bristles are holding up very well and does a great job getting into the cracks. Handle is comfortable and the durable and the brush has lasted way longer than expected for my unconventional use. Yellow handle is great too, helps make sure I don't leave it behind and lose it.

Sturdy. It has worked well so far. I haven’t been kind to it and it’s held up well so far. I like it.

I had 2 similar brushes from about 20 years ago. I liked that they were big and the bristles held up for many years without curling or wearing away too fast. Those were also Rubbermaid, yellow plastic, made in USA. One broke years ago and my newest one was a bit too worn, so I decided to buy a new one. I was disappointed in that the new one is actually smaller. My goof! Turns out my old ones are 10" and not 8". But my real disappointment was that this new one is made in China! It's not like these take a lot of labor to produce! They could easily be made here! I make a big effort to buy Made In USA and am used to paying more for that privilege. Again, my goof for not doing enough research... anyway, the brush is nice and a good value!

Rubbermaid Commercial 8 Inch Counter Brush, Flagged Polypropylene Fill:I had purchased a Rubbermaid counter brush from a local home center about 12 years ago. I got a lot of good use out of it, but it had finally become worn and less effective at cleaning sawdust from my workbench and project surfaces. I returned to the home center to buy a replacement, but found it was no longer sold there. Over time, the branding label had worn off of my original one, so I wasn't even sure it was a Rubbermaid product, but it looked like the same brush as offered here.When it arrived, I was very happy to find it very much like my original one purchased so many years ago. My old one had black bristles, and the new one has silver. The bristle may or may not be the same material, but they have similar stiffness and feel to my old one, as best I could tell beyond the extensive wear of my old one. I have attached a photo for comparison of my old brush (bottom of photo) and the new one. The wear of the bristles of my old one is obvious, but otherwise, it appears to be a nearly identical brush.I like the weight of this brush and the ergonomic feel in my hand when using it. My home center had a counter brush offered by another brand, and I found the lighter weight and straight handle it had made it less effective for a sweeping motion from side to side. The Rubbermaid product feels just right.

Well built. Works well

After using this brush one time (kitty litter), I'm kicking myself for not buying this much sooner. It's amazing how such a small change can make such a huge impact in your day to day living. I love the performance and weight and handle, and especially that the brush area is not real wide. Does the job superbly. And for this price, every house should have one. I'm buying a second one for other house 'sweeps'. Think I'll gift these to my friends w/felines. Happy customer here!

Great for sweeping off my work bench. Seems to catch everything

Needed a brush for my Drill press and my Radial arm saw so I ordered two of these, they are perfect for sawdust ,wood chips and metal fillings at times on my drill press.

Bought this for the shop. What can I say...it works!
