Great price for a quality filter. This is our second time purchasing this filter on Amazon.com. The filter was a prefect fit for our 2007 Pontiac Torrent. I found videos on YouTube that explained how to install the filter in my vehicle. Installation only took a few minutes.

FRAM CA9492 COrrect filter for 2008 Malibu LS 2.4L
Even though the Amazon fitment says it's not for a 2008 Malibu LS 2.4L, it's the same Fram part number of the one out of my car and fits perfect. Also the Fram site says it's correct and other cross reference sites. It is slightly different in that the old one had a hard plastic frame with rubber for the seal around the filter element material. The new one I just got here is all filter element material and just thicker at the seal.
