I am going through laser hair removal right now for my face, and honestly, my first appointment took an hour. However, at my second appointment it only took 20 minutes! I just put this cream on my face and rubbed it in so that it penetrated the roots nicely, 45 minutes before my appointment--WOW the difference!

Embarrassing to admit but I had a blackhead along my bra line that was big and stubborn. Rubbed a bit of Zovacil5 on it, waited about 10 minutes, then was able to cut a slit and get that bad boy out painlessly. hallelujah!!

This cream did not minimize any of my pain from laser hair removal, even after letting it sit on my skin for 20 mins. The box also looked like it had been opened before and the bottle did not have any seal to break under the cap. I would never purchase this again

I read the reviews and some said it didn't work. I believe it didn't work for them because they didn't prep correctly. Here is exactly what I did and it worked better than expected. Numb enough to be comfortable for two hours of tattoo on a very sensitive area.Prep:Shaved the area to be tattooed with a razor. Dry the skin. Then apply alcohol with a cotton applicator to the area to clean all oil and open up the pores. Then apply a hot towel for 2 minutes to the area to keep the pores open. Then I applied 3/4 of the tube heavily onto the area equally which was about half my forearm. It looked like I put toothpaste on my arm it was so thick. Then I wrapped my entire forearm in plastic wrap snug enough but not too tight. Then I applied a hot towel over the entire forearm and plastic wrap for two minutes to heat up the cream. I arrived at the tattooo shop two hours later and I took off everything and my artist cleaned my arm and started tattooing.Use this method for prep and it will reduce the pain of the tattoo by 50%. No joke. If you leave it on for less time, don't wrap it, or use it sparingly it probably won't help.Well worth the money for 50% less pain.

I ordered this product after having trouble finding Lidocaine 3% that I’ve used for 6.5 years. I’m a Stage 4 Breast cancer patient since 4/2016. I’ve used it on my port area before having it accessed for chemo treatments. So I go right to Amazon where I purchase almost anything I’ve needed and I find this Zovacil 5%. I open the box and no big deal but it says it’s hemorrhoids cream...I have never had a hemorrhoid in my life but sure is embarrassing to have it anywhere that it’s in view of my coworkers. 🙄 Here’s the problem I go to use it for my chemo and after paying $20 some bucks it’s only a little more half full.😳🤔 See the blue line in the picture? Well that’s how far I had to squeeze it to finally get anything?!?! The box was not sealed as shown in the 2nd pic and the tube itself didn’t have a seal?!? Picture 3 was showing the other end which was sort of smashed but there was a small circle of tape on it. Now I didn’t open the envelope when it came because I still had a little bit left in the tube I had been using so I’ve just recently opened it. Thinking for $20 something it’s pretty questionable if that’s a partial tube or it’s normal to squeeze halfway up to get anything?? And with my health and compromised immune system should I worry that it’s been tampered with?? Thank you for giving me an opportunity to express my concerns and hopefully I can get some sort of reply? Love the convenience of Amazon and I’ve never had a problem with any purchases in my shopping addiction (lol) so far. 💕🙂💕

I use it for tattooing. People really like it. I personally will use it when I’m nervous about a spot on the body being ungodly painful. Helps me through it for sure.
