Original Voodoo Floss Brand from the Creator!!! (Dr. Kelly Starrett)
tl;dr: These are the original made by Dr. Kelly Starrett. They work great!I started have pain in my inner elbow, which after some research seemed to be some sort of tendinopathy. After a handful of YouTube videos I put together a physical therapy regiment for myself. My pain improved some, but after like 3 months, the issue persisted and the initial pain reduction is all that I achieve. Then I randomly stumbled upon a video about voodoo floss/muscle floss bands!I was convinced to give it a shot and bought a couple that looked promising. I later came across a video from the knees over toes guy that featured Dr. Kelly Starrett and that's where I learned that he had invented these and after a quick search realized that this brand was his!I then proceeded to return the other bands I had purchased, especially since these are the ones I had been using most and seemed to be best. The second best had a nicer color, but felt too thin and short. The knockoffs just didn't hit right. No wonder these felt like the best, because they are the originals!I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy some of these to get these! I always highly prefer to support the original of stuff, except if it's unreasonably priced like at 3x or more. Fortunately these cost about the same as any other knockoff! Definitely worth it!And yes, they did work for me and have allowed me to more freely get back into doing curls and other lifts that can tax my elbow. My pain is not fully gone, but these did more in 1 week than the stretches and rehab exercises did in 3 months!Best purchase I've made in a while!

Great Product
If you dove into the reviews to check about this product, go ahead and get it. Easy to work with and stays locked in place with a tuck. If I needed more I would buy again

Solid.
As advertised. Works great for flossing. No problems with slip resistance, just stretch it out plenty and it is plenty tacky.

Great but keep in a cool, dry environment
Great products and have relied on them many times and have recommended them to many people. For the thinner band I would recommend not using too much force to tighten since it can cause the band to slightly fray and eventually tear all the way through. The thicker band has never had this problem and I have had it for several years now. Despite not using for long periods, the bands have not seemed to deteriorate like the resistance bands did. Great rehab/recovery tool.

Needed a replacement
I bought these many years ago and they worked great for my wrists, elbows, knees, ankles, and more. Somehow, I lost them both over time, but now I got a new set.

Wonderful
Joint pain.. these wraps are what you need. Wrap tight but not to lose circulation. Move the joint. Keep on a couple minutes. When you take it off you’ll see it’s pushed the fluid out of the joint

Crossfit magic strikes again
Like most people I know who look at me like I'm crazy when I talk about flossing my elbow, I was a little apprehensive about the sketchy broscience behind floss bands. However, I was desperate and decided the give this a try; I'm a powerlifter who dabbles in crossfit and I've got a wonky elbow from lifting and some poor ankle mobility. This particular option seemed better than "stop lifting and take some painkillers". So, I gave it a try and like crossfit magic, it worked.Just wrapped it around my upper elbow to below my bicep, did some funny hand gestures with my elbow situated atop a lacrosse ball and some curling, and my elbow pain was minimal throughout my session. It should be noted that this is something you will have to use before (and sometimes after) every workout, not a one and done (in my experience), it should also be noted that some people find it painful, but the relief it provides makes that pain negligible in my opinion. It worked so well on my arm that I tried it out on my ankle with some ROM exercises and it has improved my squat depth and my post-workout yoga practice. I'd say that this is a must have for any fitness enthusiast with nagging pain (epicondylitis, etc) or poor mobility.

Everything worked a bit better even after the first session
Tim Ferris linked Muscle Flossing Bands on his Friday e-blast last week. I was immediately interested. I broke my left tibia over a year ago (ski binding didn't release). The break didn't set so I got a "nail" inserted into the tibia from behind the knee cap and two pins to anchor it near the knee and two near the ankle. Now the left ankle needs a bit more flexibility as well as the knee. Mostly, though it is web of scar tissue that needs to be broken up on the shin and the sensitivity around the ankle that I need to remedy,The first time I used the band I desperately wanted it off. Everything worked a bit better even after the first session. The second time I used the band it was rather uncomfortable and the third wasn't an issue. Yay! it is working the way I had hoped it would. I'm keeping this a daily routine.Aside. My 10 month old grand baby loves to chew on it while it is rolled up. Really gets into it without harming it at all. Teething flossing! He also likes to drag it around and use it as his first rope slams - got to start somewhere :-)
