Excellent Print Quality. Easy to Set Up. Works great
After watching a plethora of YouTube Videos, reading reviews and comparing different color printers. We decided on the Brother HLL8360CDWT as we wanted a color laser printer for our remote office and we weren't sure how much use it would get. Although we love our Epson ET-5880 Eco-Tank Color printer which gets daily usage, we were afraid that if we purchased another Eco-Tank, the heads may get clogged if we didn't use it regularly. The HLL8360CDWT doesn't disappoint. Purchasing this version with the extra paper drawer is the most economical way to do it since this printer was only $100 more than the version with the single drawer. Purchasing the additional drawer separately runs over $250 so it's a no brainer to order the printer already with the drawer and save at least $150 as we hate having to add paper in the middle of printing.Fortunately, there are YouTube videos on how to set up this printer. There are a bunch of plastic things that need to be removed from the toner cartridges and inside the printer before you can use it. Knowing this ahead of time made setup a breeze. We had the printer plugged in and ready to go in less than 10 minutes.Air print from an iPhone works flawlessly as well.Overall, this printer is esthetically pleasing, prints fast and is easy to use. Recommended Highly!

Love this printer
I have had this printer for a year and a half now. It is reliable, never jams, prints cardstock, labels and regular paper. The wireless connection is solid and I rarely have to buy ink. Already a huge money saver compared to the old Canon printer I was using. Just what I need for my business. Thank you!

Not for network printing
After nearly exactly 9 months, this printer has lost the ability to make a network connection. Wired or wifi - it works on neither. It makes a connection and the printer can be pinged, but it isn't possible to send a print job through and have something come out on paper. USB is the only reliable printing method.Printing on a different size of paper is also nearly impossible. The drivers do not recognize that the printer has anything but a Tray 1. The front manual load tray cannot be accessed with the driver nor can the expansion tray. To get a new size of paper, you must change out the paper in tray 1, then use the screen to tell the printer what the new size is. Then you go to your PC and tell the printer what size of paper is in tray 1 via the driver. Then you can print your new size. You must reverse those steps to get back to the standard paper size you normally use in the printer.Bother tech support is non-existent. They only read from a very small script and like to hang up after 14.9 minutes to get their phone queue cleared again. When it worked, this printer was decent. Quality was passable. The price wasn't bad. But the many hours lost are not excusable. Look for any other printer if you want to use this in a networked business setting.

Solid performer with proper expectations.
Beautiful prints. Fast. Solidly built for the office. Just know this is a PRINTER ONLY. it doesn’t scan. It doesn’t copy. It prints from iPhones and iPads. Having trouble getting it to do the network printing thing. Hopefully that’s just a user lack of knowledge issue.

I LOVE THIS PRINTER
First of all, I own MANY printers, and I have owned about 20 different color laser printerS (HP, Xerox, older Brothers). I am a printer fanatic, and currently have about 8 in operation in my real estate office. I LOVE THIS PRINTER!!!Setup was very easy (for wireless printing), or for USB. The instructions were clear, and the printer set itself up all on it's own.The time to 1st page out for full color printing is about 20 seconds, which while not the fastest on the planet is great for me, as I print LONG print jobs (mail merge letters of 1200 pieces at a time). The print quality is superb! I compared it side-by-side to output from a Xerox Versant 80 (a $70,000 printer), and the Brother prints we better! The cost per page is outstanding! Using 3rd party Super High yeild toner (which works great), the cost per page for full color is less than $.02/pg.I have printed a couple of thousand pages so far in the first few days, and everything is working. The rated print speed is 33 pages/minute. On long print jobs the actual was more like 29 pages/minute as the printer stops to cool down from time to time. A couple of minor complaints I have:1. The output tray only holds about 200 sheets. I wish it were bigger.2. There is no "tray full" sensor to stop printing when the tray is full (the top of the printer). If you don'y keep removing the output as it prints on large jobs, the output pages go all over the floor.3. The printer produces a slight curl in the printed pages, particularly with heavier stock..Other than that, I love this printer!
