Can get closer to the roots.
I love these. I keep one in the backyard; one in the front. I cand tell the moisture level down deeper.

Works perfectly
Works perfectly. Use as directed and best part is no batteries are needed. In Florida we are experiencing our usual Spring drought. With the deep probe I can get down deep to check the moisture level of the root ball so I don't over/under water my trees anymore.

Amazing Tool
These are amazing. Anyone who has plants should have one. No more sticking your finger into the soil to see if it needs to be watered!!

seems to work well and a good price for a two pack
I can't see any way to replace the battery or any info on doing so, other wise seems to work well.

My Plants are Thriving!
I can’t say enough good things about these. No batteries needed. Long stem works in the biggest plant pots, preventing you from over or under watering. Easy-to-read display. Well priced.

So far so good!
Simple to use. Gets the job done. Glad I got the longer length so don’t need to bend down low to read it (for in-ground plants). Have only had it a short time so no comment on durability.

Takes guesswork out of moisture control
Handy to have, works well to quickly check relative moisture. I found out that my guessing was frequently off compared to actually measuring the moisture level. I use one for inside and one for outside plants.
