Battery lasts forever before needing recharged. Used during book-in and seems to be very accurate translation.

It's a good product BUT it does not work unless you are connect to a secure Wifi. Does not work with a mobile hotspot and that's what i needed it for.

I spent over $200 buying two of these translators and now neither one of them understands English. It says unrecognized. This device malfunctions. And there is no way to correct it. Factory reset does absolutely nothing for this device.

I ordered this unit. After trying Portuguese (Brazil), I received a message stating "unrecognized" I tried several other languages, same thing. I then had another unit shipped thinking maybe a defective unit. Same issue with second unit. Both going back.

The product had issues with regard to its ability to translate without having to keep the button depressed in conversation mode.

So far this product has been great. I have been using at work and on-line to translate some Spanish books that I am reading. I will be traveling to Cancun and that's where I will really get to test all the functions.The only complaint I have is that you definitely need some type of case for it. The body of it is very slippery and I am afraid that I will drop and break it before actually getting the full use out of it.Otherwise, it has been great so far.
