The bed was as expected. Nice and comfortable. Easy to assemble since it's 95% assembled. But the customer service was by far the greatest. They called me immediately when it shipped the next day, to let me know the freight company FedEx would reach out for time of delivery that best fits your schedule. The bed came early but freight was not able to be delivered 2 days later. I called the manufacturer and they sent out an email to FedEx to release the bed for will call pickup. I was able to have a family member pick it up and deliver it to me that day. Top notch product and service!

I have to say everything from the product to the seller was great. I ordered the bed for my mom and she loves it. I did have to add a 3" topper to the matress but she raves how comfortable it is. It was delivered by FedEx very well packed in a crate. Very well made and very easy assembly, it is heavy so it required 2 people to bring it in. We had 1 issue where the bed tray was missing but I messaged the seller and was responded to immediately (on the weekend) and it was promptly sent to me on Monday. It was quite a pleasure dealing with them.

The bed works well, solid, quiet in operation, the guard rails function well, the wheels operate as they should and the bed is comfortable. Due to my health challenges I've been in many hospital beds that do not match up to quality of this bed. I would recommend it to others without hesitation.

The bed was fine,except for the wheel was bent and the frame was bent I need to get it fixed..Do anyone know there I can get fixed?

excellent construction and everything about it. comes in sturdy crate, so have room to store it until use it. heavy, but fit thru our sliding door in the bedroom very well. Excellent value for the price. Reimbursable by Ins or Medicare but watch out for their approved vendor lists first. get a Rx for the bed from your doctor as proof of need

I unboxed it right outside my front door, we have "a" front door so I layed it on its side and slid it on the cardboard then to big throw pillows once inside on our tile floor. 2 people would be ideal. It took some wrangling. Works great and came earlier than expected. Quality parts, quiet operation.

Bought the bed for my husband. He has metastatic prostate cancer. It’s in his hips and femurs and he was starting to have trouble getting in and out of bed on his own. The side rails and being able to lower the bed are very helpful. The mattress comes with a substantial zippered waterproof cover. It came with 2 fitted sheets but they are the standard type stretchy hospital sheet and he's not fond of that material. The mattress is only 33” wide and 73” long which is smaller than a twin. He is only 5’7. I think it might be an issue for a taller person. The mattress is only 4.7” thick so we added a 2” foam topper and a quilted mattress pad cover. Back to the sheets- I did order a couple sets of twin sheets but they have quite a lot of overhang. I did buy some sheet straps and they seem to help. I looked for sheets closer to the dimensions of the mattress but haven't found any yet.Regarding delivery. When the delivery company called to set up a date the woman I spoke with asked me how long our driveway is (90 feet) and said they would send a smaller truck and bring it up to the house and put it in the garage. On delivery day they sent a semi. We live in a rural sub at the end of a cul-de-sac but there was plenty of room for it and the guy could have backed It up our driveway. But the driver said it was sent out as a curbside delivery and that if they send a smaller truck there is an additional charge which was never mentioned to me. He did have a power hand truck and he did unload it and bring it up the driveway but didn't seem happy about it. So make sure when you schedule delivery to be clear about the details! It comes 95% assembled so it’s in a large wooden crate. They sent me a video to show how to get it in the house and room it’s going in.We've had it for 2 weeks and my husband seems happy with it so far. I just wish I could find some better fitting sheets.

This hospital bed is everything that it was advertised as. Could not be happier with this product and the customer support was superior.
