It's about as sturdy as you could expect a telescopic ladder to be, and it will have your fingers off if you don't follow the instructions carefully, but it's pretty good. One thing to note - the rubberised black hooks on the top WILL leave black marks on your white painted walls. I wrapped them in Duck tape to prevent this but it's worth knowing before buying.

Brought as per a lot of other people to enable easier access to the loft plus I wanted something space saving. Yes it can be slightly flexible when climbing if it's at quite a steep angle to the upright but if you ensure it's relatively straight up you shouldn't have any issues. For reference I'm over 16 stone and it holds me fine as well. The addition of the bottom bar for grip and the hooks at the top are also an added plus, and it's the cheapest I've seen. Note, it can be noisy (and quick!) when collapsing it but if you just work one set of buttons at a time and keep your fingers out the rung gap you'll be fine.

Had the 3.2m ladder for about 4 weeks. Bought to make it easier to access loft & it has done that.Make sure you follow all the instructions & warnings for raising & lowering carefully & ensure that each stage is properly locked as you raise it. When lowering always have one hand on a section above that being collapsed to control the descent. Do not let it fall on its own as it can do so alarmingly fast.Feels sturdy when extended tho' I do not need it fully extended & I'm not sure what it would be like on the upper rungs (it actually tells you not to use the top 3 rungs when fully extended, so make sure you buy one long enough taking this into account).It stores neatly, but it is quite heavyOverall, so far very happy with it

Used this as a loft ladder as it early extends to the top of loft opening. You do need someone to hold it fir added safety. I also gad someone to help extend it but after you get use to the extending mechanism you could carefully be done by an individual. I liked it and thought it reasonably priced

Bought to mend a gutter above our entrance porch. Works well for that. Sturdy and easy to collapse/open.

Really handy, good value and easier to store than than extension ladderBUT read the Instructions FULLY, because if you don't you could crush your fingersI bought the extra length deliberately, so that I didn't need to open fully, as they're really flexible

The product is good, light weight and compact. Erecting is easy and putting away simple as long as you remember to keep your fingers away from the collapsing sections.The only thing I feel could be improved is to angle the rungs to reflect the angle the ladder will be placed at when in use. This would make walking up or down them more comfortable.
