Great converter
Worked for my application, scaling the HDMI source to VGA monitor nicely.

Works with my 17" HP and rpi4
I used this to connect a old HP vs17o monitor to a raspberry pi4 with the HDMI output. I didn't test the frame rate but streaming video looks good (use a 64 bit OS) and the audio output sounds good and is in stereo. The monitor has 1280x1024 native resolution.

Doesn’t work
Tried it on my projector and an old monitor—it just didn’t work. Poorly designed; tightening the thumbscrews on the VGA connector is nearly impossible, and it feels cheap overall. I’m returning this and buying a different one.

Worked but flimsy
Works great and whole time it was so fragile I thought it would break.

Works great
Works as I needed. Had a tv sitting around that hdmi ports quit working. Was able to hook my roku to the pc port and still use the tv as a monitor. It almost got thrown away but now makes for a good shop tv

It's Ok
It gets the job done. A proper product, and the screen sharing is also successful.

Does the job.
The boss has a older VGA projector and his older laptop has VGA out and the pair did the job for presentations. Then he replaced his laptop with one that has HDMI out... This along with an HDMI cable scratched his itch.

Did exactly what I needed it to do.
