Great book! A clear and concise path to self awareness. It’s direct and to the point without a lot of fluff. Practical ideas that can be applied to daily life. Helps you explore the hidden pre conceived notions and operational filters in use on a daily basis.Only distraction is that the font size is slightly large, which causes a lot of spacing between some words.Also, there are several grammatical mistakes that should have been addressed during the editing process.

Chewing through this as part of a work project and enjoying it. Written in an engaging, informative style. One star removed due to numerous copyediting lapses.

Did not finish the book and the beginning had me very excited, unfortunately it went to a new age ideology of that we aren’t what we do/ associate with but they are simply facets or something we can put on.
