The laptop keeps freezing and the touchscreen keeps getting stuck. not happy with my purchase
The laptop freezes very often making using it very inconvenient and causing me to have to restart the laptop so it unfreezes multiple times. The touchscreen also stops responding often and I have to restart the laptop to get it working. Not happy with my purchase and a 900 pound laptop shouldn't be doing this when its barely a few months old. The laptop is sleek and the keyboard has a nice feel to it. No HDMI port and only 1 usb slot.

And this laptop was well worth the cost. So quick, lightweight and battery life is impressive.
