Easy to Assemble, Great for balance and coordination development
This product was delivered timely and was easy to assemble, in fact it was fully assembled in less than 15 minutes. I bought this product for my grand-daughter who just turned 1 yr old and was on the verge of walking by herself but was struggling with standing up on her own and balance. This product was perfect for helping her learn balance and as assistance for standing up on her own. In fact, in less than 2 months she has mastered standing up and walking on her own and is now trying to run. Additionally, the lights and different play items on the front of the zebra have helped greatly with her hand and eye coordination and simply to give her something to giggle about. The product is study enough to handle her bumping into furniture items or my refrigerator and it doesn't leave marks and it is light-weight enough for her to maneuver. For the price, this was a fantastic purchase as she loves to play with her walker.

Sturdy walker for 1 year old
Once baby started cruising the furniture, I ordered this push walker. It has some cute features that include: a ball that baby can spin, a little two-sided book (one side sings numbers and the other side is the alphabet song), a couple buttons that light-up with music and a fun switch baby can turn on and off. When your child pushes this toy, it immediately goes into fun song and lights up. This toy is very encouraging and says "keep moving" when it stops. We have found that it works well on carpet and tile (we don't have wood floors but I assume it works well there too based on its performance on the tile). My child is very short and this toy hasn't been an issue for her to push. She is also in the 90th percentile for weight and it has held up to a 25lb baby. I like that it is wide at the base because so far after about 3 months of use, baby hasn't managed to topple it over while walking.I will agree with other reviewers that a wheel lock feature would be nice so baby can play with it while sitting too. Currently we just push the back of it up to a wall to hold it steady so she can push all the buttons on it when she isn't using it as a walker.Overall, if you find it for a good price I think this toy is well worth it even if it only lasts a month or two since once baby walks on their own, it isn't really necessary.

A must have
Replaced an old one my mother in law found at a garage sale. This was very easy to put back together and my child loves this toy.

Decent but not amazing for the price
I'd say this is between 3 and 4 stars, but I'll give it 4 for now. We loved the zebra shape of this particular walker, and it was about $10 cheaper than the other more popular model, and I'm always looking to save money when possible. Our 10 month old son loves it, and it certainly gets him around the living room. This is primarily what we wanted it for. However, I was a bit disappointed by the voice, which I find more obnoxious than previous reviews seem to, as well as the limited things she says. She sings the ABCs, and a numbers song, and has a few encouraging things to say while our little one is walking around. However, it seems as though she's going to take you through each letter and identify an animal that goes with it, but in reality it's just A for Alligator, L for Lion, and Z for Zebra. I wish I had known that ahead of time.I may have gone for the slightly more expensive walker had I known. However, it was easy to put together, and the baby likes it, so really that's all that matters.Easy

Great toy/walker!
The Fisher-price zebra walker has been great and the price couldn't be beat! We got this when our little guy was about 6 months old, so we aren't actually using it as a "walker" yet, but more of just a toy (for now). He loves the lights and sounds, and multiple things he can press/flip/spin. Yes, the songs do get annoying after a while, but that seems to be most baby toys :) The only "issue" we have found that others have mentioned is that it can slide out from under them when they are trying to stand up on it, so for now, we have backed it up against something so he can push and stand on it without the fear of it moving, and we also discovered that putting a throw pillow under it between all the legs makes it so it really doesn't move much. We can't wait for our son to start using this as a "walker" soon, and expect it will be great for that too, but we're really glad we got it when we did since he's gotten so much use out of it already...EDIT: Our son is now 10 months old and is using it as an actual walker now :) Now that he is able to kneel and stand up onto it on his own, he doesn't have issues with it sliding out from under him, and he gets a big grin on his face when he starts "walking" with it! He is zooming all over our living room with it - loves it! :)

Helped baby feel confident
My 11 month old was great at walking along furniture and when holding someone’s hands. However, Mama and Dadas back were hurting bending down with our hands out so we got this and within a week baby was confident enough to walk independently. She will occasionally still take it out to play with, but it’s served its purpose already and now she’s off trying to run.
