Starts every time, easy to use, lots of power and great performance. Great size so it's easy to move around or transport. Very durable.

MY OPINION:This pressure washer is great, it runs like a charm and is easy to drag around. Just this past weekend I used it to clean my back patio pavers. It took me about 2 1/2hrs, but the results made it all worth it. Before this washer I had a 3000 PSI husky washer that i used to wash everything... Driveways, pavers, stucco walls, PVC fences. It ran great but just recently failed on me with an internal motor issue. I decided to jump on this Simpson's Pressure Washer and give it a try. So far I really love this pressure washer, it performs very well compared to my Husky. Something great about this pressure washer is the location of the High Pressure Pump, if and when it needs to be replaced Simpson made it very easy to locate and remove. I have had nothing but trouble from this pressure washer. I would not recommend anyone to purchase it.I purchased this in early April from Amazon which was my first mistake. It was the same price as at Home Depot, but I could get it delivered free so I went with Amazon.I received it and assembled it, no problem. Started using it to clean my drive and trying out the different nozzles to see how they worked. About 10 minutes into using it the pressure went to nothing. I tried it the next day - and same - no pressure.I called Customer Service and they said I needed to take it to a local repair shop they recommended.The repair shop said it would take 3 weeks before they would get to in..I am thinking "I wish I bought it at Home Depot - I would just take it back"Three weeks later, the shop called to say I could pick up the machine. They said they took it apart and found nothing wrong, everything worked fine - AND THEY CHARGED ME $45 to look at it.Yesterday I was using the washer to clean my deck, after about 30 min of use and I just got the stairs done the pressure went to nothing again and when I looked at the machine water was spraying all around the pump. A bolt holding part of the pump together broke and it is completely unusable now.Because my purchase is a few days over a month old, Amazon says it is not eligible for return. Now I am sitting on hold with Simpson Customer Service - listening to a recording of how much they look forward to helping me! Again!Besides the troubles I had, I would not recommend purchasing this pressure washer for the way it operates.- It does not have a regulator on it.- When it runs, the machine vibrates so bad it walks all over the place.- It also vibrates so bad that it unscrewed the water hose from the pump twice in the short time I was using it.This is a bad design.This was the first time I purchased a Simpson pressure washer and I did because it was rated so high on both the Amazon site and Consumer Reports.My experience was not anywhere near a good rating.Simpson Customer Service is also not very helpful and after sitting on hold for over 30 min when it seemed an agent was answering, they disconnected. Argggg.

Great pressure washer, easy to assemble and does a great job. One thing I would point out, on initially starting my machine, it started right away and died in about 5 seconds. I tried starting it and it was extremely hard to pull the cord to turn over the engine and I could not get it to start. I discovered, as others here have pointed out, that you need to relieve the water pressure in the machine to make it easy to turn over. If you do that, it will start like magic. Machine arrived in perfect condition, no damage to machine. Only funny thing was the wand says Dewalt on it, I am guessing they also make machines for Dewalt,

Product is as described, easy to assemble and works well.!!Sits a little low once assembled, id rather it be a little more up right (personal preference)
