Fun for the whole family!
My family loves this football target - it was in our living room (you do need high ceilings to have it inside!) for a period of time in the winter after they received it for Christmas, then played with in a barn and once it is warm we play to play with it outside! I bought 6 footballs in two different colors to make it easy to have a little competition! I found it quite easy to assemble and it is easy to take apart and put back together as needed. We had one metal base piece come apart after about 3 months and the customer service was excellent and they sent us a new piece!

Net itself is not very sturdy, neither is the base
Tips over very easily. Not very sturdy.

Fun for the Whole Neighborhood
I assembled this yesterday for my son and he invited some friends over. He has a few footballs, so several kids were playing. Everyone had a great time.It assembled in minutes. All you have to do is connect the poles together based on the number labels (although a few of the poles were not labeled). The poles were all dirty, with some kind of dust on them, straight out of the box. It might have been fiberglass dust. I don't know.It is very stable, due to the length of the legs on the ground. I didn't even have to use the included stakes. The included bag is very much appreciated. The only problem I have is how huge this thing is once assembled. I assembled it in my garage, and still had to carry it out sideways and remove the legs. I recommend putting it together outside. Outside, there's nothing to worry about.Overall, this is great for fun and training.

It's a lot bigger than I thought it would be, and ended up being fun
My son loves to throw the football, and as he gets older and throws it harder, and as I get older and it's harder for me to catch, I figured this might be good.I took all the pieces out of the box and out of the individual plastic holders, and put them in the carrying bag. Then we went up to the field to play. Both of my sons went, one a bit reluctantly.I own a few different nets for different purposes. They all come with numbers on the tubes. But for some of my other nets, I have to bring the instructions or memorize which part goes where. The thing I liked about this set is you match up the numbers to put it together, making it a no-brainer. I.e. there is a tube with a little "1" on one end, and you put it together with the other piece with a "1" on it. The "2" matches up to the "2", and so on. It was smart thinking by the company. The only hard part was putting on the highest part of the net. The instructions say to bend the pole and get the net on, but the net is about 8 feet tall, and you really have to bend it. I am 6'4" and my sons are both 6'2", and it was a little difficult. If you are a lot shorter than that, you will have to bend the pole a lot more, with the fear of it snapping or coming apart in the back of your mind.Once it was set up, I was surprised at the size of it. You can see how much larger than my son it is in the photo, and he is a big boy. I was also pleasantly surprised at how sturdy it was. We did use the little tie down anchors for it, and it never came close to falling over no matter what we did.At first my sons took turns throwing the ball and trying to get it into one of the pockets in the net. Then, we invented a game using the numbers on the pockets. Each of us would take a turn throwing from a different angle and distance, and naming a number to get the ball into. If you got it in, you got the points, and each of us would then have to try to make the same throw.Of course the game evolved and my sons started moving 50 yards back and the rule would be "one punt", then throw it from where the punt lands and get it into any number". It was very fun, and even my reluctant son got into it and didn't want to leave. We ended up playing for close to two hours. I enjoyed it too as a great way to spend some time with them.Overall, if you are looking for a fun game or want to do serious throwing practice, this is a great net.

Great Football Trainer Throwing Net
The media could not be loaded. I got this football trainer throwing net to improve our football passing skills. The net seems to be made from high-quality materials and has been left outside for months in the rain, so, I know that it is durable and long-lasting. It is also portable, making it easy to take to our local park where we have more room to throw the footballs. It is very easy to set up and comes with a bag to hold all the parts. It is a great way to bond with your kids over a game of throwing the football accurately in the nets in the proper order, where the first person to do so wins.Overall, if you're looking for a portable and effective way to improve your football skills, the PodiuMax Portable Football Trainer Throwing Net is it. I highly recommend this item.

Great set, but starting to rust and difficult to push release pins
Great set. I love the portable nature of this, yet it is surprisingly sturdy as well. My son can pack it in a bag and take it to the park or set it up temporarily in the yard and easily move it when needed. It has not toppled over once, and he throws and kicks as hard as he can into it. The large 8 foot by 8 foot surface area also makes it difficult to miss. So, fewer times chasing the ball down. After a few months, the unit it showing signs of rust and the release pins are very hard to push down now.

Other than we expected!
It was too cold to go outside and so we assembled it inside and OMG! So glad we have vaulted ceilings! We’ll keep it inside until it warms up and stops raining. It is very sturdy and no matter how fast the kids throw the ball, it’s not moving. It has some good weight to it and thankful for some indoor throwing.

Great Purchase!
It is great quality and easy to set up. Some people commented that it was hard to set up if you aren't over 6 feet, but I'm 5' 4" and I have no issues setting it up. I can set it up (on my own) within 5 minutes. It works great, and our kids love it!The only issue (which really isn't a huge issue) is that the mesh from the pockets sometimes pop forward as balls hit the net, but they are easy enough to adjust and put back.Overall, very happy with the purchase!
