The seats wobble when you sit on them, and it's not from the base it's wobbles at the seat.Afraid to use th in my shop and afraid they are unsafe for customers. They wobble like crazy with someone 150lbs.To adjust them they get even looser!!

Nice color frame and seat. Advertised as swivel which I thought would mean you can turn in them, but swivel basically means height adjustment. Once you turn in seat it disengages the seat height lock and seat becomes wobbly.

These stools did not even last a month. I don’t think the base is wide enough for the seat and the wood is just pressboard wood so it wouldn’t even hold the screws in properly. Sooo wanted to love these :(

Like:- Heavy and substantial.- Cool industrial look.- Easy assembly.Don't Like:- Loose tiny piece of metal trapped inside one of the stool's base. No way to get it out.- Not rotatable. If you turn yourself and want the seat to turn with you, you're loosening the bracket that locks the seat in place. The result is a slight wobbly, which gets worse the more you rotate the seat. So, you have to turn yourself on the stool by raising your butt off the stool a bit to reposition yourself. Not ideal.Overall, nice stools. Note: Another reviewer stated that he could not get his stools to stop wobbling. I did not have that problem. Tightening the spinning bracket after raising the seat to the desired height worked fine for me. Although, as I mentioned, turning the seat at all after that resulted in some wobble.

I ordered these stools because the wood and metal design is a fairly close match for other furniture that I have in my guest suite. I plan to tuck these under a sofa table for additional seating in that room when it's needed. As they are going in a guest area, they won't get used that frequently. For this purpose, I'm perfectly satisfied. However, I wouldn't select these stools for something that is going to be used daily, just due to the slight wobbliness of them. As you turn in your seat, the seat wants to turn too, which makes them feel a bit unsteady, as the seats are not meant to swivel. My husband is handy and I'm hoping that he can find a way to make these more stable, even if that means the height is no longer adjustable.
