DOA Arrival
I was excited at first to order my first gaming PC. Unfortunately it arrived DOA. It would not connect to monitor as it kept giving ‘no signal’.Tech support was great though as they stayed on the phone with me for close to two hours going through various test. I’ve noticed on other sky tech gaming rigs comments there were same issues with the ‘no signal’.They offered to exchange which would take 2-3 weeks. I instead opted to return fully. Refund was fairly quick, about 4 business days after they received and inspected it.For this type of money, I am hesitant to go with this brand even though other reviews do show this is an awesome rig when it works.

Wasted 3-4 hours
Box came damaged , opened it up. Turned it on right away , notice the lights turn on but no monitor display. Tried everything from switching rams , 2 different monitors , unplugging and plugging back in the graphic card. After 3-4 hours of trouble shooting and doing everything it told me to. I thought to myself if the graphic card was the problem this whole time. Took a 2080 Ti from my brothers computer , plugged it in and boom it turns on. So after 3-4 hours of figuring out what the problem could be , it turns on that the graphic card was an issue. Now I have to pack this thing back up in a damaged box and ship it back out tomorrow for my refund ! Also, says it was tested on 07/07 "quality check" , I wonder if that was a fake because no way the graphic card could've died within 2 month period.

Not as described no 240 AIO
This is either some serious fall advertisement or I was some how shipped the wrong pc which is extremely annoying considering the price and the wait to receive . being returned and will not be buying another Skytech, unfortunate considering my last Skytech I was very happy with .

Computer arrived broken, had to return it for a refund
After finally decided to spoil myself with a $2300 computer, I received the computer and immediately set it up to start playing games like COD Vanguard, Fortnite, etc. I noticed quite quickly that after a while, the computer would just crash with a “VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE NVLDMMKVM.sys” error. I spent days going through Skytech Tech Support, Amazon Tech Support, and several online forums to try fix this issue. Finally, I had to just return it because for almost two and a half grand, I should not be having to spent hours a day fixing a faulty computer. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this product. I will likely never buy a computer on Amazon ever again.

Buena pc
Hasta ahora que tengo 2 meces no a fallado , COD Cold War ando entre 180 a 200 fps juego 3 horas de lunes a viernes y sábados y domingos entre 3 a 5 horas la pc nunca pasa de 65 grados de temperatura , muy rápida al encender y al buscar en internet , lo único malo es que el paquete en el que llego venía dañado pero la pc intacta
