The Witcher Boxed Set: Blood of Elves, The Time of Contempt, Baptism of Fire, The Tower of Swallows, The Lady of the Lake

After watching the Netflix series with my boyfriend he mentioned he was going to have to play the game because of how much he enjoyed it. With Xmas coming up, I decided to get him these as he's also a big reader. Took him about a month but he finished all the books and has already ordered (and almost finished) the other 3 books in the series. He still hasn't played the game(s), but he thoroughly enjoyed the books. I haven't read them, but based on what he says, if you liked the show you'll LOVE the books.

Purchased this for my ex husband for Christmas who was a huge fan of the Witcher video games. He said the books are slightly different but they are a great read and are highly recommended for fans if the Witcher franchise especially if you love to read and want more background on the characters.

I'm on to the second book now

It's an amazing series at a great price

The books themselves are OK quality for mass market paperbacks. However, the so-called box that they arrived in is a joke. Calling it a box is an insult to all boxes everywhere throughout the world and throughout history. I was repairing the so-called box with scotch tape before I finished reading the books Enclosed in the so-called box. I suppose, maybe it’s a sign of the times quality exists only in the past?

Christmas gift for DIL. Came undamaged, she loves.
