I thought the shape of the. Item was not as easy to manipulate as previous models. This is my fourth Phillips shaver.

Updated my Phillips 3000. Brilliant Very close shave AS GOOD AS A WET shave.Well worth the money

I have used electric shavers for over 40 years including Braun, Phillips, and Panasonic. I have paid over £120 for the last 3. The Phillips Series 8000 is the best shave I’ve had by miles. The Braun and Panasonic both left areas of my face unshaven. The Phillips leaves nothing. I’ve been using the shaver for 3 weeks and from day one felt totally comfortable with no irritation at all.The battery life is excellent and still to be recharged. It is light and comfortable to hold. I’m so impressed with the shaver and yet to try it wet.You won’t be disappointed if you buy and while a tad expensive, I feel it provides an excellent shave and is well worth the money.

If you want a quick shave or a close one perhaps you should look elsewhere

The shaver itself is OK.The instruction booklet is useless, showing pictures only with no explanation so you don’t have any idea what the indicators on the screen mean.Presumably Phillips do this to save pennies per purchase on having to provide written instructions in several languages!
