Yummy and healthier than most gum
A friend introduced me to Trident Sour Patch kids gum. It’s only 5 calories per piece and much better for your teeth than normal (sugary) gum. If you have never had Sour Patch Kids, they aren’t SUPER sour like a lemon or something, just slightly and pleasantly sour, and also sweet of course. The gum tastes way better than most low or zero calorie gum. Watermelon is my favorite flavor, but this one is good too. I think the variety pack with one or two of each is the way to go.

great gum, the first few chews at least
don't get me wrong this gum gives those sour patch kids flavor the entire way, maybe eventually it'll get bland after tasting it for too long but that's about itjust like sour patch kids they come with a bursting sour flavor when you first chew on it but then just becomes sweet, that may be the point of sour patch kids but gum is meant to be long lasting so in my opinion it doesn't work that well
